We had a great experience at Braman. Deb was wonderful to deal with very patient and accommodating. We went there to look at the Countrymen and came home with an adorable Clubman.

This was the best and most professional dealership I have...

This was the best and most professional dealership I have ever been to. Miss Krueger made me feel relaxed and never made me feel pressured. She was very helpful with my decision making. I will return to Braman for my next purchase.

i went to braham to look at a mini cooper , my salesman gary rockoff helped me in so many ways, he knows the mini inside and out, a great guy and helped me get a great deal, my mini is awesome,it was such a pleasant experience, no pressure just wanted to make the deal right for me not the dealership. i would highly recommend gary and steve for doing a job well done and would buy my next car there without question

I chose Braman MINI of Palm Beach because of glowing, word of mouth testimonials, and my car buying experience lived up to those accolades. Gary Lockoff is an excellent salesperson, as I had no intention of buying a car, then, a couple of hours after walking into your dealership, I'm signing papers on a car I was not even considering. Gary's in depth knowledge of your car line-up, explaining the pros and cons of each in relation to my needs, wants and desires, was most helpful in my decision making process. He really did have a great deal of patience, especially dealing with my mother and her opinions in addition to mine. God bless him. What I appreciated, beyond words, was his willingness to deliver my new MINI to Vero Beach, spending additional time in "training" this newbie in the ways of the world of MINI's. He programmed my whole car, from top to bottom, in addition to setting up Sirius radio. Are all your salespeople this conscientious?

After 7 years and 100,000+ miles it was time for a new...

After 7 years and 100,000+ miles it was time for a new Mini convertible. Gary Rockoff made the process easy to buy the 2012 version of what we had before in our 2005. The process wasn't so much about Gary selling us a new car, but rather helping us to let go of our attachment to the 2005 and embracing the new 2012 convertible. Life is good! Thanks Gary!

Salesperson very friendly, told be many times about their customer satisfaction rating. I bought a used 2011 VW TDI Sportwagen in January 2012. The only issue I had during the purchase was the lack of a second key/remote fob. Gary checked with the salesman that took the car in trade who indicated the previous owner had the key and he would call them to ensure they were dropping it off at the dealership. After many calls to Gary(each time he indicated he would check on the key and call me back) none of the calls were returned. I called the sales manager(got voice mail), left a message which was not returned. The bottom line is they act like any other car dealer, don't buy the car unless you have all your concerns met. Serkan (Turk) Ozer is absolutely the BEST. I generally hate the entire car buying experience. Turk made the entire experience from purchase to delivery a pleasure. He understood from the beginning exactly what I was looking for. He made the entire process seamlessly smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend him as a sales advisor and will be purchasing my next vehicle from Braman.

I brought my Mini Cooper S into Braman West Palm Beach...

I brought my Mini Cooper S into Braman West Palm Beach dealership for a water pump on turbo charger recall...and here was the start of a nightmare. 3rd day after the recall was done I experienced my mini driving rough and check engine warning appeared. I asked my husband to check under the hood and of course most of the coolant was missing.(I never had coolant leaks prior recall was done on my car) I called Braman with my problem and they told me to bring the car for inspection. Next day I got a list of problems and outrageous $2800 bill. The car was leaking cooling fluid from main water pump and hoses. It was the biggest mistake to bring my healthy car for a recall and get all these problems the 3rd day after Braman mechanics worked on my car. Now I have to put a 1/4 of coolant every morning to go to work. Braman told me they weren't going to do anything about it and I have to fix Braman mechanic screw ups on my own. I also have some facts how people bring their BMWs for a oil change and after a week they have major engine oil leaks costing owners thousands of dollars to fix the issue. This message is to warn consumers and the public to think twice before bringing their cars to this institution called BRAMAN STEALERSHIP!!!!!! Very angry consumer.
