I stopped by Braman Mini in West Palm, to gather information on a new Mini Countryman. I was met by a Client Advisor named Neil Vota. He answered all of my questions and educated me on the 2012 Mini Countryman. I left that day with all of my information ....with NO PRESSURE! I returned the next day, 5th of February and drove the Mini and purchased the Mini Cooper Countryman from Neil Vota. In the past 30 years of buying cars,I have not encountered a car salesperson like Neil. Neil was down to earth, a true gentleman who did not pressure you into a car that you could not afford. I highly recommend Neil Vota as a Client Advisor. Braman Mini should be proud of such a highly gifted person who is an asset to their corporation. Your Brother in Christ, Bro. James Coull

The reason I have given the "5" ratings is because everytime I deal with Braman I am treated like a valued customer and made to feel welcome, especially by Ralph Fonti. I came in for service with Ralph (always a wonderful person to deal with) and ended up with a new car! I was completely happy with Danny Pena as a sales person. He was knowledgeable, confident, understanding, funny, and comfortable. He made the process of leasing my new Mini great. The other fabulous person at the dealership was John Jenkins in Finance. He made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and the leasing relationship. He never rushed me, but made me feel like I was the only person he was working with that day.

I live in Naples FL. I visited my local Mini dealer and left with very little information on the Mini Cooper as to what advantages are to buying a Mini. There price did not convince me either on what they called a deal. There was never any follow up after the visit. So, i thought that if they can not follow up on a potential sale what would happen if i had a problem? So, I went online and sent out the information on the Mini I was looking for. The only sales Person who truly made the effort was Gary Rockoff from Braman Mini in West Palm. He took the time, even on his day off, to help me locate a Mini i was looking for to give to my wife as a gift. Even after the sale Gary is still following up. Gary Rockoff showed what a true sales professional ought to be.

I took one of our international students from Keiser...
I took one of our international students from Keiser University WPB campus for her purchase on a new 2012 Mini Cooper S. We had been greatly helped by Daniel Pena who is a honest, loyal and professional salesperson at Braman Mini department. With his cheerful assistance and the various choice of vehicles that Braman Mini Provided, we were able to select a Black Hardtop CooperS as our target. Daniel Pena cheerfully took the time my wife and I needed...
Daniel Pena cheerfully took the time my wife and I needed in order to evaluate and test drive some Mini's, inasmuch as we had no personal experience with this vehicle. The dealership had enough vehicles in stock so that we could make choices regarding various models and options that Mini produces. We were fortunate that the dealership had a Mini that satisfied our needs, an "S" class convertible. Negotiation over price went very smoothly, no haggling- price presented, a counter offer I thought fair and acceptance by Daniels's supervisor. That is the way I like to do business. The dealership is large, very attractive and impressed me with being highly professional. I anticipate a cordial relationship with Braman in the future based on how I have been treated so far.

We had a wonderful experience buying our Mini from Braman Motors. Danny Pena is an excellent, thorough, and service oriented sales person. We trusted him and he didn't let us down. Don't hesitate to buy from this dealership. It is the most professional dealership we have ever encountered.

The price for the same vehicle and the financing was what I was looking for, but the reason that I returned to Braman and purchased my vehicle was the professionalism and the time that I received from Mr. Davis. I have been an owner of a 2003 BMW and a 2002 Mini for...
I have been an owner of a 2003 BMW and a 2002 Mini for nine years now. I have been in and out of multiple BMW/MINI dealerships in various parts of North Carolina and various parts of Long Island NY and pretty much have had only a few pleasurable encounters over that time period with BMW/Mini staff,etc. I planned on driving both my mini and bmw into the ground and then purchasing a new Hummer and some sort of new pick up truck next year. I just moved to Florida and right away had trouble with my mini. I was really dreading going to the dealership because of many encounters with rude sales people and rude service advisors. But I figured I will try just one more time before I never have anything to do with BMW or MINI ever again. That was when I met Pithy Garcia. He was kind, patient, had an extremely pleasant attitude, and was willing to work around my busy schedule. If it was not for Pithy Garcia I would have never bought a BMW or Mini ever again. I purchased a new MINI from him yesterday and will be back early next year to either purchase another mini or a used BMW. This is the first time since 2003 that I can honestly recommend a friend or coworker to purchase a MINI, and it was all because of Pithy Garcia.

I was very Impressed with Pithy, upon delivery of the vehicle Pithy was right there to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle,and that any problems or concerns that I might of had were taken care of,he took time to explain all the features, It was really a plesure to have Pithy attend to me, I would definatly come back to Bramen for my next vehicle.

I had a 3 year old leased 2008 MINI Cooper S with little over 19000 miles and not even a scratch on it. With one year left on my lease. Pithy called at the end of every month for three months straight, always being fun and friendly he would not give up until he got me into a new car. A TRUE GO GET UM SALES MAN!!!! I am also in sales. I was very impressed with the fun,cautious and professional way they got me into my new car.:) Way to go Pithy!!!!! Loving my new wheels!!!! Regards, N.J.La France
