I appreciated their flexibility because I came with some hurdles but they jumped them for me with a smile. They made me feel secure in the knowledge that I was buying a used car that wouldn't let me down. They also had some really awesome and affordable extended care plans that quelled any worry I had about the cost of maintenance. Overall a great experience!!!

Very personable, accomodating and pleasant to deal with - everyone that I talked to on the way to purchasing my new Mini Cooper. Appreciated the honesty from Serkan in my test drive and could tell that he truly wanted to help me with my purchase. Have recommended the car and the dealership to everyone I talk to.

Pithy was very helpful in working with me to select a car to purchase. He was able to show me various options and he answered my questions and explained things to me adequately considering that I don't know a lot about cars. Before I came in, I expected to be greeted (and to be intimidated) by a typical pompous,arrogant salesman, but Pithy's demeanor was nice and he appeared sincere in dealing with his customer. He was firm in convincing me to make the purchase but was not too pushy, which I think was refreshing.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Braman Motors Mini of Palm Beach. My client advisor there was Mr. Pithy Garcia. He was extremely nice and provided outstanding customer service. This was my first car; therefore my family and I had tons of questions. Additionally, I did not know exactly which MINI I wanted in the beginning. Mr. Garcia was very patient with me and my family when we were going through almost every car on the lot. Sometimes we arrived at the dealership close to their closing time (less than 30 minutes before closing sometimes), but Mr. Garcia still took his time to show us cars, and allowed me to test drive it. His patience and kindness exceeded my expectations. In the end, we found the perfect car! The car had recently arrived on the lot, and I really did not want the front license plate mounted on it. Mr. Garcia made sure that the license plate was not mounted on! These things, even though little, come together to make an exceptional overall purchase. After buying the car, he was very helpful in answering all questions I had about the features of the car. He stayed until all of my questions were answered, and I was comfortable enough to drive the car off the lot. I would highly recommend Mr. Pithy Garcia to anyone looking for excellent customer service and an amazing car buying experience. The only thing they should change is to maybe make the showroom a little warmer because the temperature there is too cold. :)

Just bought my 2nd mini cooper from this dealer and had an even better experience then the 1st. They worked with me on my trade in to get me a better price, Janifred check on us constantly and made sure we got everything we needed. Test drive was great and Janifred really knew his stuff. Over all it was an extremely pleasant experience and I would recommend them, especially Janifred, to anyone one looking for a mini cooper.

My experience at Braman has always been positive. We have known Michael and Raj for 3 years, and have always treated us like a family member. We have been a BMW family, and recently decided to try your sister brand, Mini. Between Michael and Gary Rockoff, they walked me through several different vehicle options, helping me zero in on the model that was best for me and my family. We live in Windermere, FL, and travel 3 hours to West Palm to buy our cars. That should tell you how we feel about Michael, Raj and Gary, and how we feel about Braman. I originally did research for my new mini online. I went to mini's website and discovered that Braman mini in Palm Beach had the best selection. I then sent a question via e-mail and received a reply within minutes. When I arrived at Braman mini, the customer service was excellent. My sales rep, Gary, took his time to answer all my questions. My overall experience was excellent!

My husband and I really appreciated Gary Rockoff's patience and all the time that he spent with us, which was considerable. He was extremely informative and clarified the different options available with each of the different minis we looked at, which were many. Ultimately, he wanted to be sure we were happy with our choice. It was very refreshing to see someone who obviously cares about the product he is selling AND the customer he is serving. Stopped by Bramam Mini with my wife this past Saturday to look at the new Mini Countryman. We were greeted right away by Pithy who was great to work with. He answered a lot of questions for us, took us for a test ride and we inked a deal. I feel we got a fair deal with great service.
