Braman MINI of Palm Beach

The easiest and fastest experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I love my new car. JT showed me all the options my vehicle had and made it easier for me to decide on which vehicle was right for me. He and Matt quickly gave me the price and finance options. The whole process was painless and quick.

I highly recommend Braman Motorcars. I have dealt with Ralph at Mini service and he is just incredible. He always takes time to help and I always leave Braman with a smile on a face. This is because of Ralph is not only good at what he does but, genuinely understands customer service. I personally have recommended that all of my friends go to Braman. I just went there yesterday and had a very good service appoiintment.

My dealings with Ralph have been very positive. He is friendly and courteous, returns phone calls, and takes care of all my service needs. It's great to be able to call a dealership and the person on the other end knows who you are! And I love my Mini!

Over the years I have purchased BMW's, Audi's Mini's Boxters all from Bramen. I am an extreamly satisfied customerthat. The sales person Turk was on top all my concerns and made them non-issues. The finance people were easy to deal with and did not take a lot of time processing the paperwork. And my expierance with your service has been exceptional.

My opinion has changed about Braman with the way in which my problems were dealt with now. Both Ralph F and Danny B have turned my mind from any negative feelings and not with promises, but with actions. Danny B is an exceptional management figure who seems relentless with his desire to make Braman the best in everything they do and Ralph F who runs MINI service is someone who will get the job done right no matter the reason, even if it requires doing it all over again and without any defensiveness. They both have my respect for these reasons.I have rejoined the ranks as a loyal customer again and hope that the influence of these people will be pervasive throughout the orginization.
