Great service!!!!!

Would not answer simple questions via email.

When I contacted them through a message from cars.com with questions about a particular car, the reply was that it was a lot of questions to answer in an email, and to call instead. When I replied that I'd prefer to use email and to please reply and just answer my questions there, I was ignored. If I had wanted to ask questions on the phone, I would have called at first. If a place is not going to answer questions via email, why have an email contact method in the first place? Being ignored is never professional either.

Exceptional Customer Service!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Beck's Auto Group and I have to say that it was, and has been, the best vehicle buying experience we have had. We worked with the Finance Director (THANKS JACK!) and the General Manager.on our purchase. They were very helpful, followed through on repairs and have backed-up their sale. Thanks again Jack!

Bad service

Very poor service if your credit score isnt great!!!! They act like they can't help you, or they have lost your paperwork. Then they dont get back in contact with you. Very True!!!!!!!

Happy customer

Bought my second car from Becks. Ana and Jack was great help as usual. Lowest rates on financing. Got the best car for lowest price AGAIN. Thank you Ana and Jack.

wish don was still around

my family has purchased 2 cars in the past from a salesman named Don. I called the other day to see when he would be working next and the salesman who answered the phone said he was no longer there. Don was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our previous purchases. We told him as long as he was there we would continue to purchase cars from him. We would recommend this dealer, but wish they still had our preferred salesman there

Good customer service

We drove about 3 hours to test drive a car here. We worked with Jack and Oksana. We test drove the car about an hour (with no annoying calls from the dealer, thank you! :)). We noticed a couple of issues with the car (a chip in the windshield, a couple lights out, and some exposed wire in the engine compartment). We brought this to their attention when we got back and we were able to eventually come to a deal about these things. As far as the windshield they first offered to replace through their 3rd party service but they couldn't do it Same day. Instead, they lowered the price according to what their service provider quoted them. Very happy with that since we really didn't want to leave the car and come back 6 hours round trip ANOTHER day. They immediately replaced the bulbs that were out. That was a deal breaker for me since I didn't want to buy a car not knowing if it was a bulb or an electrical issue. We asked them to put the exposed (after market headlight) wires in conduit and wrap it in electrical tape. This was supposed to be done when the light bulbs we're replaced. Instead the wires were taped to the washer fluid reservoir on one side, I don't remember what they were taped to on the other side. THAT is literally my only complaint. It's not a huge deal but just one of those things that should've been done, but wasn't. Overall I was very impressed. The conduit thing absolutely will NOT stop me from recommending them to my friends and family. We received a great value in our new to us car, and great individual attention (even though we weren't buying the most expensive car on the lot). They were very accommodating to our situation and budget.

excitement dissipated

I saw a car online that I was excited to look at so I called and made an appointment for a test drive. Traffic was bad on my way there, so I called to let the sales rep know I would be late. I was told that the sales person with whom I had made my appointment wasn?t even there, but they would call her and she might come in, but if she wasn?t there when I arrived, then I should ask for the person who had taken that call. I got there and she had come in, but she (surprisingly, since it was only 10 minutes or so later) became busy with someone else who walked in literally just a few seconds before me, so I waited for 10-15 minutes. When she finally came to talk with me, I was told that he person with whom she had been talking was her cousin, and it was her (the cousin?s) birthday. So, a customer was left waiting for several minutes for her personal time. Once I had told someone else I was waiting for her and he had pointed her out to me, no one else offered to assist me while I was waiting. Anyway, she brought the car around for me to drive. She told me that the check engine light had just come on, but that she would have it checked. She also told me that a button on the dash was missing, but that they would have it replaced. (This had not been apparent in the online pictures.) I got in drive the car and the missing ?button? turned out to be the selector knob for the heat/AC/defroster. The engine quit before I could even put it in gear to drive. After a couple/few tries, it started back up. While I was driving the car, it quit again when I was sitting at a red light. I went back and told her I was disappointed, and she found another car for me to drive. The mileage on this second car was way higher than on the one in which I?d initially been interested, and it had a few other things that caused me to not want to buy it either. She said she would continue to look for other vehicles that might meet my needs and let me know. I actually found a couple of others online from this same dealer that I might have been interested in, but I didn?t get good responses when I inquired about them, and I wasn?t informed about any of them by her.

Very upfront and very polite

It was a pleasure to work with Ana. She was very kind, polite, and upfront about costs and their bottom line. She let us take the vehicle for a several hour test drive and to our own mechanic (about 35 minutes away) to be looked at. The negotiation and buying process was fair, quick, and painless.
