I’m happy to say I purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz E300. They were always checking up on me and making sure I was good. They even bought me lunch from their special cheesesteak spot a few blocks down from their dealership. I overall had the best experience here. 10/10 Service!

This is the most hands down best dealership in all of Northern Virginia. I came to this dealership and had an appointment with Eli who was showing me the beautiful S550s on his lot. I came across the White s550 which had low miles and I was instructed well by Eli on how to use all of the options in the car. He showed me A-Z and I was very satisfied! They do not like returning calls. Tried to get info on couple vehicles, but no call back. Spoke with a gentleman and tried to ask for info on couple vehicles and was told that someone would get back to me. Terrible customer service.

Normally don't care enough to write reviews but I will for this one. Very poor customer service (0 stars if I could). I cannot remember a time of when I experienced such lack luster customer service (hints the review)- almost like they did not take me serious as my buddy mentioned as we left ( had been approved from USAA before I even step foot in the place) and hinted to the fact that I could want to Joy ride and possibly wasting time... what??? got it...I will go "joyride" somewhere else and I did - KOONS Tysons and found it! (if you are in the market for Chevy/GMC) (so maybe not a bad thing the put a very sour taste in my mouth) ...Stay away from this dealership If you can. I can name about 10 dealerships in about a 10 mile radius off hand that will win your business time and time and again and does business the right way through the whole process... and to all my military/vets any time buddies reach out and ask the question ( which they do and have in the past because I have been in this area for so long now), I will be sure to tell them to avoid this place just like I am telling you. Word of mouth sales/marketing people, Word of mouth sales.. It was literally their deal not to mess up and they messed it up (shocker I know)...because they could not keep their month closed and let me be a buyer.. Cant speak to buying process, work or facility.
