the staff not professional at all just bunch of liars and rude I submitted my interest in a car that was available Grace texted me to tell me the car is still available when i texted back to confirm conditions of the car Grace said its not available no explanations. the car still listed in their website and on cars.com i had my friend call them just to tell him that the car is still available . I just now realized why they have 3.8 stars and bad reviews i should have read reviews before i talked to them . That's just a bad business stay away from them .

Clueless Liars Overcharge Rude No Straight Answers
I was interested in a specific car. One person told me it was available. Then another told me it was getting inspected. Then when I called again, he wasn't sure if the car was sold or not. Then later the same day the person said it was getting inspected and they'd reach out Monday. I had to reach out to them. No answer. Then I was told the car needed too much work and wasn't going to be sold. Based on getting 5 different stories before, I called and asked to speak to a sales manager. The manager then said it was unavailable. Then said it needed too much work. Then said Corporate decides if it goes out on the lot or not. Then said it was going overseas. Then said it sold and I missed out. Then said it needed too much work again. Then said they just flat out wouldn't sell to me and even if, their fees were $5,000.00 in addition to the sales price and applicable taxes. Overall, NO ONE had a clue what was going on with the car. I spoke with 4 different people. NO ONE was courteous or knew their inventory or even tried to act like they did. They were constantly confused on which car. Then just flat out lied and told me they wouldn't even sell me the car in the end. And $5,000.00 in fees is ridiculous and unheard of!... If that's even true based on the rest of the lies and confusion I was told.

I expressed interst in the car. Got an email from a salesman. I called the salesman and was told that he was test-driving with a customer. I left him a message. He did not call back. I went to the dealership in the afternoon. I found that the car was sold, The salesman I called in the morning did not bother to call me back to let me know.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LISTING PRICES ARE A SCAM..DEALER FES ARE $3000.”RAY” DID NOTHING BUT LIE TO US TO TRY TO GET US TO BUY SOMETHING, EVEN LIED ABOUT SELLING A CAR THAT WASNT SOLD BECAUSE OF THE LOW NUMBER HE AGREED TO.
