The initial contact Grace was very helpful. She answered the request and forwarded to the sales team. A name was on it but I was never contacted by the dealer. I eventually called 24 -36 hours later. I got a salesman named Josh. It was like talking to a 16 year old. Told me how cool the car was. Couldn’t answer any questions or provide any information. I asked what was in the carfax. “Dude it’s a carfax everything is in there”. What’s is the multipoint inspection and what does it contain. What were the results. “Dude you know everything to get licensed”. “You know everything you need; it’s good”. Ok can you tell me what they look at? “Everything man. Everything”. Can you tell me about the vehicle maintenance. “ yeah it’s good”. Ok so you can answer any questions for me I just have to fly out and see it? “Yes I recommend you come and see it. Click end of call. I did respond to the email again and it asked if I had questions. I did respond twice asking for someone not named Josh that may know more about the car. It was a useless effort and I never got a response. I don’t think that the over the email works but without a mature knowledgeable sales man you can’t get any information over the phone either. I wish Grace the assistant could have helped more.

THEY LIE LIE LIE. I had a horrible purchase experience with this organization. They lied about multiple things and we currently have a court case pending. Save yourself money, time and stress, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Another story of the car having been sold when I arrived...
Another story of the car having been sold when I arrived for a scheduled test drive... So, I found a car on cars.com that was being sold be Merlex. It was a reasonable deal in an admittedly tight market (Summer 2021). I called and got some information on it and scheduled a test drive for a few days later. At the time, I asked them to put a note in the file to call me if anyone else was interested, which they agreed to do. The day before my appointment, I called again to be sure the car was still there. It was going to be a 2hr drive and I didn't want to go just to be disappointed. "Mike" confirmed that the car was still there and we were still scheduled for 11am the next morning. That evening I received a text from them saying they were looking forward to our test drive. All seemed good. I drove up there and, sure enough, the car had been sold 4 days prior. The salesman, who seemed moderately sorry about the confusion, said that the texts and person (Mike) I had spoken with were from the "online people" (presumably Cars.com) and didn't have real-time information on inventory. If he had tried to upsell me on a different car, I might have doubted his story. As it was, it seemed like one hand not talking to the other. In any case, I gave them 2 stars because they need to get their systems straight so that more people don't have the same experience I did. On the plus side, that had a reasonable selection of very high end cars and an excellent location. Their real estate value is worth WAY more than the profit they'll make selling cars. I can only guess that they will sell cars until they find a new location and then cash out on the dirt. Parking was tight, but they had arranged some "VIP" street parking and a very nice gentleman helped me find a place to park.

RIP OFF LIARS
Total rip off and Liars. They quoted one price and I go buy the price went up. Just because their is a so call car shortage what the xxxx does that have to do with me.

Made me feel like my business was needed
I drove all the way from the Hampton Roads area of VA to purchase a car. The total drive there was 3 and a half hours an it was totally worth it. I contacted the dealership online an I was referred to a sales man named Moe who kept in contact with me during my journey an was there to greet me when I came on the lot. He was friendly and took me right to his supervisor to get what I needed. They were both extremely helpful beyond measures an helping me further by staying after business hours to get me in the car that was needed after the test drive. I’m a military member an the first dealership I visited earlier that day was horrible, pushy ,very rude an didn’t make me feel like my business was needed. Moe an his team treated me like family an did everything they could an got me in the car I wanted with a fare deal for my trade in also. I highly recommend this place to anyone In the military service especially as well as non service members if you want a experience with no pressure an fare deal.

STAY AWAY!! THE PRICE CHANGES...money hungry!! nothing else. when it was time to pick the car, the car was gone without being informed. I was played and would not recommend

MONEY MONEY HUNGRY
So I signed to come pick up a car at a set price, a day later the price changed! And I came and was told ‘this is not personal, it’s all business someone offered more money” Sam was so unprofessional, could Not allow me to talk, talked over me. So disappointed and hurt!! It takes a long time to find the right car, there is just not enough time in a day!

Scammers and Liares
I was looking for a Mercedes C300 at this dealership. I called and spoke with Mike if this car is available and the price. I went to the dealership on the same day to look at car and spoke with a salesman about the car and the price. Online price was little over 21K and he confirmed the same. Went in to talk to his Manager Sam and the car price jumped to 27K without any other fees etc. I told him the car is listed for little over 21K and his response was it was the weekend price. Like many others have stated this is their standard practice, just to bring people in and then increase the price. What a waste of time!!!

Big Moe in sales was very professional and really took care of all my needs, including filling my new vehicle up with gas along with buying my family all drinks. The finance department made my buying experience smooth and quick and explained every step of the financing process.
