I travel 1,229 miles to test drive a car that was not on the lot when I got there. I had to go home not even seeing the car . Not happy…..I didn’t even get a text asking to counsel the appointment because the car was not there.

Experience was beautiful, they worked with us got us in what we wanted , saying totally satisfied and I would recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a decent car decent mileage with good pricing , salesmen were perfect in mannnors also the Gm was very professional

This dealership continues to advertise a grey BMW with red interior even after they sold it. Called me serval times with different salesman to trying to sale me the same car.

傻逼 don't come
傻逼操你妈 垃圾死妈地方 , never ever come to this place, you sleep at home all day still better than come to this place . Sales only waste time on you and tell you many extra fee on the car.

Too Good to be True!!!
Called about a car on their website. The person on the phone told us that the car was still available and in cherry condition. When we arrived for our appointment 1 hour later, we were told that the car was already sold. We said that was highly unlikely in only an hour. Then they back pedaled, and told us that the car was in their service center. That 30 minutes before we arrived the 'check engine' light came on and they had already taken the car to their repair shop. There were at least three other customers that appeared to be noticeably upset for other reasons, and there was Manager available to speak with. Not sure where their great reviews are coming from. If you are looking for a specific car on their website, don't be surprised if they get you to site under false pretences, and the car is no longer available. Their game seems to be get you to site, and they try to sell you some other vehicle.

Very rude and unprofessional. They advertise cars that are not in stock. Very rude when speaking to customers. Manager Mike was just as rude as the salesman.

I came across some very low priced vehicles that looked very attractive (almost too good to be true) listed by this dealer, but after reading some reviews (I very much like reading the lowest rated reviews), I decided to pass this dealer. Lol. Thank you guys who gave your honest reviews.

Be Careful, Ask Questions and Read the Small Print
I saw a used Audi S8 on cars.com from this dealership, so I sent in a request. I received a quick response from someone named Grace. When I asked if the vehicle was still available, she checked and responded back that it wasn't. But she added that they had plenty of other vehicles in stock and get similar vehicles, like the Audi, in all the time. In reading the fine print on their website, they said that there would be additional fees, not included in the advertised price. So, I inquired with Grace, what exactly were the "Additional Fees", to which she responded that there was an Additional Processing Fee. I then asked how much it was, and she responded back, "Unfortunately, I am not allowed to provide further details about fees or discuss pricing." So I asked her, how was I supposed to determine how much I might want to put down, so I could come within a monthly payment that I wanted, if they won't disclose how much their "Additional Processing Fee" is, or discuss the price of the vehicle. Since I don't live in the immediate area, I figured that most of the sales would be by phone or on-line. But I've read many reviews from customers for other dealerships, saying that they have traveled from out of town to purchase a vehicle and when they get there, the price on the sales sheet is different from what they agreed upon. And the response from over 90% of the dealerships is that it says in the advertisement that the price shown does not include Taxes, Title and any Additional Fee. I'm sorry, but this sounds exactly like all of those other dealerships that advertise vehicles at a low price, only to add a hefty Additional Fee when you come to pick the vehicle up. And to add an additional comment, the vehicle that Grace stated was not available, is still advertised on their company website, along with all of the other on-line vehicle purchasing websites. So be aware that this dealership is not playing by the rules. Be Careful.

I request info online and Grace contacted me to confirm that the car is available(live in NC), I called and Spoke with Mike to get more details info. he was very evasive with all my questions. after the call, I txt to request the final price with fees & tax included ( so I can finance with my bank). he promised to send but I have to provide a copy of my drive license which was not a big deal. then I received a txt from Grace who informed me that the car is no longer available and sold. then Mike call me to request the driver license. I asked him if the car still available since Grace just txt me it was sold. Mike get upset and confirm that the Car still available and hung up the phone. (They might have good selection or great prices not sure but the customer service is no good, I will go some where else). after reading others comment, make me wonder if they are even serious. Just stay away.

I am willing to give you a chance to earn my business, I would find a way to drive to your Store which is lactated at 5 hours to me as soon as I see a cars that I am interested in . no worry for an appointment, I will drive on my own risk and what I am expected from you is to not change the prices if the car is available, meaning the online advertised price must be applied even if you update the price in the morning. I believed this will be faire for some one who doesn't hold you business but drive for 5 hours. after all you have a product that I need with the price that I like, I don't think it should be a problem if both side stay Honest

Total scam, told them I was ready to buy and they kept pushing me to fill out a credit application , when I told them I was paying cash they wouldn’t call me back even after I called them several more times. Just wanted my credit info watch out .

I wanted to buy the 2008 Bentley Which by the way 2 weeks later your still advertising. Any way after I told them I was paying cash and not financing I never call any call backs , even after we set appointment time to finalize the deal , no one ever called , I call 3 more times and never got a call back
