Hello my name is Claude Wallace and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealer! I bought a 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-550 from the salesman big al and could not be any happier. Got me approved at a low rate and got it all done under one roof without having to deal with multiple and/or lenders. Most important factor for me was transparency; considering I was buying from another state. (big al kept his word). These guys are legit, give them a call!

I bought a car from this dealership. The car didn't have floor mats (used car I get it) and it also didn't have a spare key. I called the manager and was told he was going to call me back. When he called me back he told me that he would solve all my problems. Got me my mats and the spare key free of charge. No complaints on my side.

I came to this dealership in search of a Mercedes. I read some of the negative reviews and was a little nervous about how everything was going to be. I ended up presently surprised. Nick showed me the car and he was a really nice guy. I ended up getting a C300 just below market value. Financing was easy and the finance manager Marco broke everything down so I understood what I was signing

Bait and Switch is their game. Don’t fall for it!
I was looking for a used MB and this dealership had a ton on this site. I decided to inquire via phone and they didn’t answer during the workday (which is understandable as they’re busy). When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told I hold and no one got back to me so I decided to go in person. One salesperson tried to be nice and asked if I wanted a drink. I said I wanted a sparking water, twice. I never ended up getting one throughout the entire process. They seem to have a ton of deals online but they are conveniently “already sold” and stay on the site for weeks. I decide to explore more options so I tell them a hard max price (settled with my husband for 30k). The salesperson scoffed at how low it was because their vehicles are “high quality.” I try not to make it personal so I brushed it off. When I tell the salesperson what I wanted, he would show me cars and not tell me the price. He constantly kept up-selling. When sitting in his office, I kept getting pushed to spend more. “If you just go up 6K…” A new Mercedes depreciates fast the first few years so the fact he only showed me cars out of my budget when I saw quite a few base model C-Class cars seemed VERY deceptive. They weren’t even willing to negotiate the price because “they go fast”, even if I offered to pay in cash. The cars they showed to me were all WAY over KBB value. And what’s worse is they always seemed to add a few thousand dollars when I asked how much a car cost (compared to what it’s listed for online). This was my first time buying a car without my husband and this dealership provided the worst experience I’ve ever had. ALL other dealerships I visited in the Arlington area respected me WAY more than this one. I’ve never met such pretentious salespeople. Higher-end dealerships in the DC area have WAY nicer sales people. I’m honestly surprised they sell cars. The only thing good about this dealership is it’s in a great location. I’m writing this review hoping they’ll improve but they seem to make excuses and do damage control every time there’s a critical review. If you are looking for a good deal, great customer service, quick test drives, or an experience that isn’t absolutely terrible, you will not find it here. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Merlex auto group was a great experience I came for my 13 S550 and was extremely satisfied when I got here the car was already detailed and gassed up when I got there that’s real preparation right there big thanks to MR.Ray Renzo for also taking care of me making the process smooth and getting me lunch as well very happy with the whole deal and will be coming back again!
