Best salesman in Idaho

Brendon is the best in the business. Not only did he help us get into a car. he also bought me M&Ms. All jokes aside 100/10 would recommend Brendon Lainhart he is the best!

Audi A3 TDI thanks Brian!

Bought an Audi A3 tdi, price point was good and Brian the salesman went above and beyond. I few into Boise from Albuquerque, Brian picked me up, that was refreshing to have a customer service representative actually provide above and beyond service. Brian sent me a video of the car and showed the good and bad of the car, knowing I was from out of town he help make my buying experience easy. If you are going to buy a car call Brian.

Not a very good place to buy out service a car.

I would not recommend buying a car from Dennis Dillon. My salesman Rebecca was great, but as for the dealership they were terrible. I purchased a car on the 10th of Sept. didn’t get a full tank of gas or a second key (only if I wanted to purchase or at their cost of $419.00). On the 11th I was driving on the freeway and the sunroof shattered on myself and my 82 year old mother. I called the dealership and couldn’t get any answer so I called Rebecca she got right back to me to tell me it wasn’t cover in my warranty. I contacted Kia headquarters. They were awesome, I had to take it back to Dennis Dillon to have it worked on. They told me it would be a couple days that was on the 5th of Oct. on the 16th I called to check and got the machine and waited until the 17th and again had to contact my salesman to get any answer. Jeff from the service department called in the afternoon to tell me it was a bigger job than expected and it would be 3 more days. He called me on the 19th that it was ready. When I picked it up I was basically called a liar. When I got to my car they only vacuumed the front and middle seat area, left black grease on the inside of the sunroof and interior. Didn’t wash it. As I was driving home the brake light came on and told my to check the fluid. My husband checked it was in the min line. The antifreeze was also low. Not even sure they put it through the service depot before I bought it. Now I’m having trouble with the cruise control. I will never go back and I will let everyone I know not to go there.

Unnecessary add-ons

The salesman, Sean, was friendly and helpful, but once we said we were interested in a vehicle, it took forever to see a total price breakdown. What left a bad taste in our mouths is that the dealership pre-installs flashing break lights and window etching on every car in order to bump up the price by a couple thousand dollars, and they make it sound like you have to purchase these options even though they are separate contracts with third parties (which we were never shown details of until we got the final paperwork). They did knock off a majority of the fees, but only after several rounds of back and forth, and only if we agreed to finance. It definitely felt like they were trying to sneak fees under our noses the entire time, and I think they partially succeeded.
