HONEST DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR
I had a problem with my dodge caravan. The battery light came on while I was driving. I went to Priority Dodge. I expected an alternator would be needed. Oscar and Jason had the problem solved in hardly any time at all. I was soon back on the road and it wasn't the expensive alternator; it was only a new battery needed. I am happy they're an honest repair shop. Oscar and Jason keep up the honest work you're doing !

the service Dept at Priority Jeep
I had an emergency with my 2016 jeep renegade, kept stalling out on me. I had called a couple dealer in my area,but they couldnt handle me right away, I called Priority and Oscar told me bring it in right away. fortunately it was a fairly simple fix. The Service Manager, Jason, Ian and Oscar were very helpful and friendly.

My experience at Priority was the most pleasant I have had at any dealership. From sales, to finance, to the owner, I felt that I was in great hands as they were all very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They took the time to go through all my options, both in terms of the vehicle I wanted and financing, and they did so honestly. I did not feel pressured in any way and I believe they all genuinely wanted me to leave happy and with the best deal possible. The owner, Paul, is wonderful and he has done an excellent job picking his staff. I left very satisfied and excited about my beautiful 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!

I had my car repaired here. I found Oscart and Jason polite and knowledgeable. They listened carefully to what I said and asked all the right questions to be certain my repairs would be the correct repair. I left more than happy with the service, repairs and price.

I wish I could give them a zero!! This is long but please...
I wish I could give them a zero!! This is long but please read...it will save you a big headache & a lot of money! I brought my 2016 jeep in for a check engine light. They told me I had an oil leak/the part was unavailable for MONTHS/and I should not drive as I could blow the engine every time I turned it on. Within 12 hours I had found the part w/a simple google search. I called my local mechanic(the amazing Prolube on Elm St in Amesbury) and he too was able to find the part and had my jeep fixed the next day!! Priority also fixed my brakes while at the shop. I had a coupon-they sent me- that would have saved me a significant amt of money and they refused to honor it(somehow my brake job didn't qualify). They also charged me almost $200 to remove/replace wheel lock they said was stripped when rotating tires. When asked how that happened, the answer was "the last person to touch tires stripped them". THEY are the only people to ever touch the tires! This place has an AWFUL reputation for service. I have many friends who have jeeps who have told me scary stories about the service dept. and will not go there. I wanted to give them a chance because I did have a good experience w/the sales dept when I bought the jeep. But I have learned my lesson...I will never again bring a car to these people and you shouldn’t either!

This had to have been the best car buying experience I have ever had! It was so easy from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly answered any questions I had regarding my purchase. I would definitely recommend Priority!
