Mini of Murray

Juan is the BEST!! I will recommend anyone looking for a Mini to him! Thank you for your help, and the great conversation. I am enjoying my car. I went down to the dealership with little expectation, because I didn't want to get too excited. Juan definately exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are very happy with our choice. We weren't pressured AT ALL, which is odd for a car dearlership. Whatever we wanted is what we got! I love my Mini!!!

I walked in with the intention of buying a new mini for my wife. It has been her dream car for years and I decided yesterday was the day to make it happen. From the moment I walked in, Juan was available to answer any questions I had and to help me narrow down my choices such the car I chose would fit all that my wife needed. I initially asked to see a couple of cars that turned out to be small for my wife's needs and when I changed my mind to go to the clubman, Juan was not the least bothered by the time we had just spent on a car that was wrong for us, even though he had customers with an appointment waiting (who by the way, he quickly had taken care of by getting an associate to help so they didn't have to wait around). We quickly settled on a car which fit our needs, got the approval on it done in a very short time, and planned a pickup on it for later that afternoon. Juan agreed to help me surprise my wife with a fake "1000th customer, free car" presentation by him when we returned. This he did for me, even texting me to make sure he would be available when we came to get the car. Sitting down to finalize the deal was easy as he had everything ready for us. He thoroughly explained everything about the car and answered all questions we had and we were out the door with my wife's dream!

Love my new Mimi Countryman! AJ was great and so easy to work with. Best car experience we have ever had. I would recommend this dealership very friendly and laid back. Only wish they had more Countryman's in stock, I didn't want to wait to order one.

I started going in to "Look" at Mini's a year ago. Since day 1 Mali and MINI in general have been helpful and patient. They always were willing to let me have a test drive and answer any question that I might have. When I decided to buy the Countryman, Mali was great with answering my questions and keeping me informed when it would be at the dealership to give it the once over. She made the ordering process easy and kept me informed throughout the time it took from ordering to arrival. MINI and Mali made the car buying experience easy and alleviated any stress I might have had. When it was time to pick up the car, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half and that included the paperwork and taking all the time I needed to answer any question about the car and go through all the bells and whistles. Thank you Mali and MINI. You have one very satisfied customer here!

We had previously purchased a Mini Cooper S (2006) and our experience with the dealer on this purchase was better because of Tony Poulson. Tony is not only well informed, he is patient and makes an effort to go the "extra mile" whether it be discussing options, finding pictures or making sure we had an opportunity to view all that was available before deciding on how to equip our Countryman.

I have never had such a positive experience buying a new car. From the trade on my old vehicle to delivery of my new one, my Service Advisor anticipated every question, facilitated the process, and never left me feeling pressured or powerless. I will never go anywhere else!

To say I'm an easy customer would be the understatment of the year. I don't care of for sales people as a general rule and I admit to being difficult. But even despite all of that Mr. Rex was VERY kind and helpful. And the dealership in general was incredibly good. I was nervous about the whole thing because through word of mouth I hadn't heard good things but they've completely won me over and I will give them my business from here on out. I would also HIGHLY recommend buying a car from either BMW or Mini of Murray. They were a pleasure to work with and made my first car buying experience fantastic.

These guys are awesome to work with. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The features in the MINI were explained in detail to us (so we were sitting the car wondering "what does this button do?"). We didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything, and didn't feel like our time was wasted at all. We felt completely comfortable being there and would reccomend this dealer to ANYONE.

As an over-exuberant virgin MINI owner I could not have been more happy with my Motoring Advisor, Tony Poulson. Tony is one-of-a-kind. His enthusiastic attitude about life carries over into his work at Mini of Murray. Tony’s professionalism, creativity and attention to detail was appreciated throughout the Countryman test drive, research, lamenting, ordering, waaaaaaaiting and delivery. Tony never tired of my many, many, MANY questions, comments, emails and texts, and treated my partner and I with the upmost respect. Tony earned our business. Tony is AWESOME! He was great from helping us configure a really custom Mini all the way through to screwing on our license plates. He is super friendly, knowledgable, and available via phone, email, text, etc. He even sent us pictures as our car was getting customized! Go see Tony!
