Mini of Murray

I highly recommend Tony Poulson from Mini of Murray. Tony is an easy-going fabulous Motoring Advisor (I love that title). He's so enthusiastic about the Minis it's as if his blood is actually super premium synthetic Mini oil. It's very obvious that he LOVES his job. He has excellent people skills and made my husband and I feel like we were buying a car from a friend. There was no pressure! I know the Mini's sell themselves but Tony made buying a car a fun experience. It was closing time (on a holiday) and he even took the time to move about three cars to get my car off the showroom floor so I could drive it home that night to surprise my kids. I know you hear this all the time but, it truly was a pleasure buying our first Mini from Tony. I keep his business card in my car and I know that if I ever have any questions he will have the answers. Exceptional customer service! We will be back! The car is super fun too!

Wow! I can't say enough good stuff about Tony and the dealership. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was family rather than just another sale!! Tony went above and beyond with guiding me through the entire sales process. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about Mini’s from "boot" to "bonnet". He was patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Tony put the "Fun" into my Mini purchase.

Mali Lamoreaux, my sales girl, was AWESOME. Within 30-minutes of filling out information on the Mini of Murray website I was contacted by Mali and then EVERY STEP OF THE WAY was painless and actually engaging. I don't like to make a 'big deal' when buying a new car and I don't like to spend a lot of unnecessary time if I don't have to and Mali was intuitive in feeling my needs. She was also extremely communicative with me as well as very knowledgeable about the product. Mali's follow-up (a month after purchase) should also be commended. Thank you Mali! We had a great experience purchasing our first Mini. Juan was outstanding and really put in the time to explain all the features and helped us determine which ones would be best for us. We've already sent some other people down to get cars and we'll continue to do so.

I purchased a Mini back in 2009 and unfortunatly had an accident but it was the great help and support that Tony had given me in getting my first Mini that made me come running back wanting his help in the purchase of my new 2011 Mini.

Tony was available for questions, even when out of the office, and made the process as simple as it could have been for an out of state purchase. Best part, he knows and really loves the vehicle himself...Tony, you made the process easy and fun!

Tony was great to work with, because he knew the car inside and out, genuinely LOVED it and still let it speak for itself. He was helpful without being pushy at all, and took great care of us. Would definitely go back to him for another car or recommend anyone interested in a MINI go through him.

Juan Coles at Mini of Murrray is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He helped us choose the right model for us, and helped us use the on-line tools for customizing the car to fit our needs. He made the process fun, stress-free, and very satisfying.
