Mini of Murray

I am writing this review on behalf of my partner, Michael Tyler, who is deaf. Michael purchased a new Mini Countryman and was so lucky to have had Juan Coles as his salesman. Words cannot begin to describe how helpful Juan was to Michael, making sure that he understood all aspects of the car buying experience, from how the car was built to all aspects of the financing. For many hearing people dealing with a person who is hearimg impaired can, at times, be a frustrating experience for both parties involved. Not once during the whole car buying experience did Juan came across as anything else but being incredibly patient, helpful and understanding. Hearing impaired people have to deal with many experiences in life where they are at opportune to be taken advantage of, but Juan went above and beyond in making sure Michael knew everything that was happening. Once the car arrived Juan made sure that Michael was perfectly happy and that everything was what was agreed upon, taking an extended period of time showing Michael all aspects of his new car and how things worked. I cannot express how much I appreciate Juan and how he treated Michael. Not only did Michael have a terrific car buying experience, he also made a new friend. We both do not have words to describe how appreciative we are. We will definitely be a BMW and Juan customer in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend taking your next car-buying experience to Mini of Murray. When, I first arrived at the dealership, our excellent motoring advisor really took the effort to ask about what I need and want in a car. He asked me about what I like about my current car and what I would like to upgrade. He then spent some time searching for good matches based upon my needs and wants. The test drive was quite a unique experience as well! It wasn't just a test drive, it was a great time to get to know all of the fun and hip features of the Mini. After absolutely falling in love with the car, Tony helped us get an excellent deal that we just couldn't turn down! Finally, the delivery of the car was efficient and seamless. I was expecting a long session with an accounting who would try to sell me other things... Instead, we met with Tony who had all of the paperwork prepared and it literally took 20 minutes to complete. He also had the car detailed and programmed my presets for me. I am so happy with my buying experience and would recommend Mini of Murray and Tony Poulson to anyone.

We had a great experience getting our new Cooper. Juan was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Mini products. He was straight forward and delivered on everything he told us he would. The whole dealership staff was friendly and treated our family (including two rowdy little boys) very very well. This was one of our better car buying experiences.

Recently purchased a new Countryman from Juan. Everything was great: the service, the professionalism of my sales agent (Juan), and the quality of the car. This is our third purchase at Mini of Murray, second with Juan, and we will come back when it is time to buy another car.

I drove my new Mini Countryman home and was not able to wipe the grin off my face the whole way! The tint and stripe installation was perfect. Juan was a pleasure to work with, making the whole process seamless and simple. He is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like he's helping a friend rather than a customer. I am a returning customer and will continue to be in the future. Love the cars, love the service!

Buying a new car with Tony Poulson was an awesome experience! I hate to buy cars because of the salesmen but it was different with Tony. He was fantastic, fully informed and truly excited about the cars he sells. He was fun to work with and I never felt pressured. I highly recommend him and minis!!!

This was the second Mini I bought from Jaun Coles and as always it was a great experience! When the car arrived it was better than I expected! The customer service was outstanding! Jaun worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect. I will continue to go to Mini of Murry because they are the BEST!!

He spent numerous hours with us as we reviewed and selected what options we wanted on our car. He is very knowledgeable. His attention to detail ensuring we were familiar with all the features of our car on pickup day is unsurpassed. Very professional, yet personable, caring and fun (best test drive ever!). We make a point now to just stop in and say ‘Hi’. We are confident when we need another car we will come see Tony at MOM! We purchased our car just before Christmas and were impressed when we received a personalized Christmas card of OUR Mini-S created and hand-drawn by Tony himself. I just bought my first Mini Cooper Clubman and I love it! The service at Mini was great. Mali took her time showing us everything and answering all of our questions. She was very helpful and friendly. After we decided which car we wanted she made sure we were happy with it. When I came to pick the car up, she had already programmed a few things and then walked us through each button and setting. Thanks for everything! I love my new Mini!
