We really appreciate the service we received at Mini of Murray. They were really supportive our sale, we really appreciate the service that Tony gave to us and he was about the relationship between us and not just about the sale. He actually put everything in layman terms and really focused on us. He spent a lot of time with us and didn't care if we were his only sale that day! The main thing i really appreciate his time for was before we even left the lot his went through ever button, gadget every little thing in the car and made sure we knew how to set and work everything. Thanks so much Tony! we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Work was finished on time promised. The dealership provided me a ride to and from dealership in nice, clean car with friendly driver. The service office was well-staffed and didn't keep me waiting around. The service was covered under an included maintenance plan, but in addition to the scheduled worked, the dealership also went through a thorough inspection and pointed out a couple of things I might want to have looked at. And the best part of taking your Mini to the dealer: a fresh clean car that drives as good as it did when you first drove it off the lot.

Juan was fantastic to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! MINI of Murray is an excellent choice when looking for a new or used MINI. I would be more than happy to go back!

I live in Montana and one of the concerns I had buying a Mini was the distance from where I lived, and did most of my driving, and the closest Mini dealer—Mini of Murray. I put on a lot of miles and needed to time my service intervals with infrequent trips to Salt Lake, about a 400-mile drive. I was assured that they’d work with me and that the distance wouldn’t be a problem for me. Pretty much what you’d expect to hear from someone trying to sell you a car. Well, as it turns out, they have been true to their word, and Shilo Davies has been instrumental in ensuring that all of my service needs have been met in a fashion that was the most convenient for me. Because of the rate of which I’ve put mileage on the car, my service intervals have been a lot more frequent than the typical Mini owner and there have been a number of times that I’ve given Shilo very little notice that I’d be in Salt Lake and that I’d need to get my car in for routine service as soon as possible. He has always done everything in his power to accommodate my car and me, and for that I am extremely grateful. Shilo has without fail been great to deal with and has always made me feel that taking care of my service needs a timely and efficient manner was important to him. Truly a unique experience, for me anyway, with a car dealership. His efforts, along with those of Juan Coles (and the fact that they’re such great cars) will ensure that I won’t be waiting any longer than I have to for that Countryman.

This was my very first Mini Cooper . I traded in my Honda Civic that I also Loved. I knew what I wanted on my Mini,at least the color before I even went to the dealership. I thought I would want a rag top but decided on a beautiful black top with the sun roof, more my style. Juan showed us all the different seat to chose from and styles of mini's available, however I was pretty set and Juan knew it. Its funny we always but are car's at night and this night was no different, of course right down to closing time but Juan and his team was great. So after checking out the different options I said to Juan. This is what I want Horizon Blue, Black Top, No stripes, but then he told me about decorating my mini to my desire " Loved That Part". So here I was thinking another trip up from Provo to finish the paper work, my sweet car not available due to what I wanted, so I was kind of down as Juan figured out all the details and exchanges and price etc. Then I was told " Tammy we have the exact car right here for you tonight, right now ". I was so EXCITED and could not believe it. I Love MY MINI COOPER and working on a design to go on her. SO AGAIN THANKS JUAN and the SERVICE TEAM for the late hours . Oh and We just had our yearly check up..Fantastic crew and service from all the staff, I really loved the comfort of the Lounge and able to use my computer. THANKS AGAIN

Neadless to say, “I love Mini’s”. I just purchased my...
Neadless to say, “I love Mini’s”. I just purchased my third one. The first two (05 Mini Convertible & 04 Mini Coupe) I bought used and have been very happy with them. So, I decided to look at a new one for myself. I contacted Scott the manager there and he referred me to Juan Coles. Juan was right on top of getting me approved and looking to see if he could find the colors and options I wanted. Unfortuanlly, no one had one. So, I got on line and started to build my dream car. I called Juan and he had told me they had an order going in that night. If I wanted to get him the information he would get it in and I should have the vehicle in 6-8 week. So, on January 5 he submitted my order and on February 15th my car was here… That was quick. Mini’s website has a way to track your vehicle’s status. I was even able to see when it left the port and arrived at the port in California. Anyway, Juan did and amasing job for me and I know I will be using him in the future. I know he will take care of you also. I also have my eye on the Countryman. I have used the service dept also in the past and Levi has been great to work with.

I've purchased several makes of cars over the years and dealt with many of the dealerships and service departments. MOM feels like none other. They make you feel at home, know your name when you walk in and really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. As a Mini owner, the monthly dealer organized rallies have brought the local Mini owners together for some great driving experiences which adds to the fun and pride of ownership. I put 60,000 miles on my '07 MCS and just purchased a new AWS. Can't say enough about them!

I've had my Mini for over 7 years now and have been frequenting the same dealer in Salt Lake City for the entire time. From the time I purchased my car at Mini of Murray until now, I've been completely satisfied with every aspect of sales and service. They just continue to exceed my expectations of a reliable car dealer. There's no question that I'll be buying another Mini Cooper in the future...not only because I love the car, but also because of the experience I've had with the dealer.

I went in just kind of looking at minis, not really expected to buy one. Tony Poulson helped me out and he was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He looked through all the minis they he had and found one that was in my price range and something I was looking for. He was the nicest person and answered all the questions my father and I had. He showed me everything that I needed to know about the car. I am young and he spoke to me in a way that I would understand. He was so helpful to me and I had a friend look at my car and she is thinking about getting one and I told her she needed to go to the Mini of Murray and ask for Tony Poulson because he was the one who had helped me and he was the best. I had been looking for the right mini for a long time and gone to a lot of places but they were always too much and not in very good condition. Tony knew what I needed and he found me the perfect mini and I love it and it's exactly what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions and I called him daily and he always answered them happily, he never once acted like I asked too many questions. I have even talked to him several times after buying this mini and he still answers all the questions. He's the type of person who cares for you and will help you find the right mini that fits you perfectly and he won't stop until you're completely satisfied. He was never too pushy like a lot of car salesman are. If I said no on one mini, he'd keep looking until we came to an agreement. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I would for sure recommend going to the Mini of Murray.

I have purchased many cars and I must say, this was the best car buying experience I have had. Tony was fun but very professional. He went over every detail of the car before we drove away and we felt very comfortable with the features. He spoke to us about the service department etc. and made himself available for any future questions. If we buy another MINI, I will be back. I look forward to going on the MINI rallies with some great people.
