My experience at MINI of Murray was & continues to be top notch. Everyone I have had contact with has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. A totally satisfying experience...top to bottom. Steve could not have been better.

Quick service with knowledge, communication and kindness

I am appreciative of the quick service I received recently, given with kindness and constant communication throughout the process of my MINI repairs. Jeremy went out of his way to offer the best service at the lowest price, and I will continue to use MINI of Murray with confidence and trust.

Quick Courteous Service

We bought a used MINI from So. Utah. Brought it into M of M and Jeremy and Caesar were very helpful. Also talked Mike to help me understand some of the functionality of our new car. So far so good.

Good service experience.

Yesterday I had a positive experience with Service Advisor Jeremy. I have the usual apprehension about dealerships such as charging twice as much compared to other authorized repair shops. Jeremy was understanding from my point of view, e.g. the very low dam below front bumper of wife's Cooper S Roadster had been peeled back but snapped back into place. I asked if there was chance a clip one cannot see had been broken that needed replacing. Jeremy phoned after mechanic had looked at it. I am laughing as I type. The mechanic said the cost to repair what was no observable damage except scratches on the rubber dam is over $600! The mechanic's solution to get rid of scratches on the dam was to replace the dam and the front bumper. I am still laughing. Jeremy looked at it, phoned back and said, yep, nothing but scratches on rubber dam. Don

Service Advisors aren’t allowed to do the right thing

The mechanics for the most part are knowledgeable. The service advisors are rude and unhelpful. The service manager will go out of his way to not help you. If you have an issue and complain, after not being helped they will write you off and you are not allowed to have your car serviced there any longer. Closest dealer is in Las Vegas. Selling my car just because of the service department. It was that bad of an experience with the three front desk service agents.

Always a great experience

I just purchased my second Mini Cooper from Mini of Murray. I had the same great experience this time as I did when I purchased years ago. Parry, the Sales manager, is the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, fair, and just an all around great guy. I have had nothing but good experiences with the service department and seriously would not consider purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership in Salt Lake.

Tony the Fantastic Motoring Advisor!!

I've know Tony for about seven years now. He is not only a fantastic Motoring Advisor but also just a great guy overall. He's very knowledgeable about everything MINI! If you're in the market for a MINI, talk to Tony. You'll be in great hands.

Great experience!

If you are even THINKING about looking for a Mini in the Salt Lake City area, find Tony Poulson. He's been there a long time & knows just about everything you could imagine about their cars. Friendly Service Department

I live out of state but have a condo in Utah and I am ONLY going to bring my MINI to this dealership for service from now on. Seriously. I took my MINI into the Vegas dealership last month because I was due for an oil change and I had an issue with a back taillight malfunction. I took the car in and left it all day. Picked the car up and the very next day, I got the warning light about the taillight again. So I was planning a visit to Utah and figured I'd make an appointment at the local MINI to have them look at the taillight. Let me tell you that the service in Murray is NIGHT AND DAY different from the incompetent yahoos who run the Las Vegas MINI service department. First, I was greeted with a smile by complete professionals. Mike was my service adviser and he took careful notes and listened to all my concerns (I also was having issues getting my iPod to play through my MINI connected system). They had no loaner cars for the day (bummer) so I made myself comfortable at their loft work space area. Bring your laptop, you can set up for the day! The lounge area also has free Goldfish crackers, coffee, and a fridge stocked with complimentary cans of soda. There's a t.v. or course, and clean restrooms. It took a couple of hours but the service department fixed everything for me! They said that there was a melted wire in the taillight that hadn't been fixed. Guess the folks in Vegas didn't want to bother fixing it. And here's what made me SO ANGRY -- turns out the Vegas MINI service department DID NOT CHANGE MY OIL, so the Murray guys did it for me! OMG! I just can't express how happy and pleased I am with the service and care I received at MINI of Murray. I will never take my car anywhere else. I am serious. I will make the 6 hour drive just to come here. Thanks guys!

Mini of Murray

Took my car into Mini of Murray as something was extremely wrong with it, typically I have to wait around a week to fit into their schedule but this time they let me bring the car in right then which was really nice and helpful. After receiving our diagnosis we had some miscommunication which caused me to take my car elsewhere as I was very frustrated. After taking my car somewhere else, Dustin by phone and Levi by email contacted me and worked with me to fix my problems and understand my frustrations. Overall it started as a not so great experience and ended with Dustin making it a better one.
