No Pressure Sales

I have purchased or leased my last 3 cars from MINI of Murray. Juan Coles lets the cars sell themselves. Real people, and genuine, honest service makes me feel extremely comfortable at MINI of Murray, whether I'm buying or receiving scheduled service. I've never been the recipient of the hard sell or intimidation tactics. The MINI lounge and top floor deck are nice places to hang out while waiting for your oil change (they have a bit of a Zen vibe going on in there).

awesome service

Logan bent over backwards to help me out with a situation that involved a countryman I bought from Texas Direct Auto. He didn't have to help like he did and he even threw in a free key chain and trash bag to help cheer me up. Mini of Murray Rocks!! Justin also went out of his way to be helpful and even took time to write a cover letter for repairs that were done on my vehicle. I will only buy from Mini of Murray!

Great Car buying experience

It was wonderful working with Mini of Murray and Juan Coles. Made the entire process from designing the car to signing the final document to drive it out a breeze. Unlike other dealership, I did not feel any pressure to purchase a car or add features that I did not want. Juan was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Will not hesitate to buy my next mini from Juan.

Best car buying experience!

I gave a 5 star rating not only for the amazing car we just bought but because Tony was so great to work with. He was honest, understanding not your typical "car salesman". We'd buy another MINI just to work with Tony.

Best Service associates anywhere

My first purchase was many many years ago from Tony Polson and has stood by, with my every purchase and I will be purchasing my Third MINI and have been so pleased with with the care and concern of the people I have worked with. Tony Polson and the Service Center manager Levi are great. I just want to Thank the MINI Manager and all my welcome MINI friends that I have gained at MINI of Murray.

They completely took care of my needs!

I had a the typical power steering failure, and it melted my entire engine wire harness. Justin (service manager) not only had everything replaced for free, but he towed it to dealer for free. That saved me $3000!

We apologize you had an unsatisfactory service visit at MINI of Murray. We do strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. We apologize the supercharger gasket was showing signs of failure causing excessive engine noise. You are correct in that the knock sensor is located behind the hose, however, there isn't a connector to that sensor behind that hose that has a pigtail located on top of the engine in front of the intercooler. If MINI OEM parts were used to do the repairs for that gasket a month ago, they automatically come with a 2 year warranty and factory trained technician labor install whether we installed them initially or not. MINI of Murray stands behind all our repairs and we warranty our work. Should we have had to remove the hose we would have replaced that gasket automatically. We performed the repairs on your vehicle without needing to remove your hose going to that failing gasket. Again we appreciate your business and feedback. Great First time experience

This was my first time going to a dealership. Mini of Murray provided an excellent experience, far from the horror stories of visiting dealers that seem to have become ingrained in our society.

Awesome

This was my second Mini purchase and Tony helped it be every bit as fun and exciting as the first. Obviously Tony knows and loves Minis.

Great Experience with Mini of Murray and Tony Poulson.

I had spent 3 months researching cars, lease options and fair pricing for a Mini or a Volkswagon. I visited both dealerships in my area and test drove a couple cars. When I had made me final decision on what I wanted to pay monthly on my lease, what incentives where available and value/cost of the vehicle overall, I ended up talking to Tony who was referred to me from a friend who has purchased a couple Minis from him. I was able to text Tony in advance what I was willing to look at and by the time I went into the dealership, we had a deal in an hour and a half that I was VERY happy with. He was easy to talk to, informed about Mini options and sensitive to my needs. He did not pressure me, try to up-sale me or make me feel like I was getting some sort of deal. Straight forward, friendly service. I will recommend Tony to ANYONE interested in looking into the Mini world. I had a fantastic car buying experience!!!

MINI Wonder

Our second Mini. Vehicle selection was the toughest part because of the wide selection. Test drives were excellent, thanks to sales associates who showed their in-depth knowledge of all the features. All in all a very pleasant experience to buy at Mini of Murray and the new MINI is fabulous. The numerous improvements are superb. Tony was excellent to work with and so was Sarah. They made a good team and got us into a new car with no fuss or bother.
