Terrible Customer Service and Disloyal

DO NOT use their service department. Terrible customer service. I used them to get a pre sale certification so I could sell my current Mini Copper they listed all the things that they didn't fix when they sold it to me. Assuring me it was not a problem when they wanted the sell. Weird. Once I sell my mini that I love and upgrade to a new one I will definitely NOT be going here to purchase my new one. I will find a honest dealer that will sell me one with the same standards and treat me the way that proves they want a lifetime customer. Can't wait to get my next upgrade not at MIni of Murray.

Letter of Appreciation

Dear Mr. Coles, I'm writing to thank you for your kind help regarding the repair work of BMW 435i recently. We were a group of 3 people (My aunt, uncle and I) who visited Salt Lake City on Sept 23, coming a long way from Vancouver, BC. It's the first time for us to drive ourselves in the States to have sightseeing, and BMW 435i is the only mode of transport we could rely on this time. Unfortunately, My aunt, who was the driver at that time, hit the curb in front of our hotel which is Fairfield Inn & Suites Salt Lake City South, located on 594 West 4500 South, leading to the damage of one of the rims on the back left wheel around 6pm. We felt kind of helpless given the rainy weather and unfamiliar environment at that moment. We decided to find a BMW Store so that we may get sort of professional repair services. Luckily, We realized that there is one BMW store which is not too far from our place. However, we were so disappointed when we were told that the business of BMW parts department were already off when reaching the store. At that very desperate moment, I believe that you were learning about our embarassing situation through your colleague and then you offered to walk out of your office to give us a hand, trying to help us inspect the condition of our vehicle. We were so moved to receive your passionate help given the fact that your professional talk as well as your customer service-oriented attitude deeply impressed us during the inspecting process. We have just arrived in Vancouver safely last night thanks to your inspection, and we really couldn't have a safe journey without your generosity. Your "American spirit" really means a lot to foreign visitors like us. Thank you very much again. I hope that everything goes well with your future business and I wish the future prosperity of MINI in Murray! Welcome to Vancouver! The most satisfied out of state customer.

The first time I dealt with Logan was about 3-4 weeks for a brake light indicator service on my 2013 2 dr. hardtop I purchased from Mini of El Cerrito Ca. My Mini only had about 21,000 miles on it. Logan treated so well that, driving the loaner to my Midway home I thought, why not check Mini of Murray's inventory and see if they have a loaner in stock since this is how I buy. After checking, I called Mini of Murray and was connected with JoAnna. I could not have been happier finding the most professional, courteous Client Adviser. The service I got from Logan and JoAnn ended in me owning a 2015 2dr. Hardtop. Thanks to all.

My Mini would not start needed a diagnostic test

We were completely ignored for several minutes when we entered the service area until i finally walked up closer face to face. Diagnostics were very expensive with no results. Other than they didn't know what was wrong, computer was wrong one for the car, needed a new one (1,500.00) I am the only the 2nd owner and have had the car for 8 years, no way the computer had ever been taken out, unless Mini dealership did it. The battery worked when we towed it down. Now they said it was ruined and needed replaced (300.00). Everytime they touched it another fee. We said we didn't want the battery because it didn't run anyway and we would not pay such an outrageous fee. They would charge us 40.00 to take it back out! So my husband took it out, 5min. We towed it back to our city, we didn't trust this dealership, and we had been treated very rudely. Service techs stood around and watched making rude comments about us as my husband and son-in-law tried to load it on a tow dolly. One man finally came over to help. We ha dto pay almost 400.00 for nothing and treated worse than we have ever been treated. I have loved my Mini, but such a bad experience I will never buy another. We are 300 miles from a dealer and Mini makes it so no one can/or will work on them. ( As a follow up: we were able to go elswhere and get it fixed for $300, without the rudeness.) Linda

Smooth dealing and efficient with the buying process

Our experience was very pleasant. Tony Poulson was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He communicated well and displayed good flexibility in purchase options. After gathering just a few items about our desires and what we had interest in he found a great vehicle for us. He showed a flare for options to add and personal striping for our vehicle. One of the very best times I have had buying vehicle and it was because of the staff, the dealer, and the available inventory.

Recent Service Visit

1. It takes more than a week to get an appointment. 2. An hour for the diagnostics is extreme and it usually is more than an hour. 3. The charge for the diagnostics is extreme. 4. Once I was told what the diagnostic was done and my vehicle would be ready to go, the estimate was 20 minutes it took more than 40 minutes before I got my vehicle. 5. Basic parts aren't in stock so a second visit is required. Very inconvenient.

Best Sales Experience

Tony and Scott service was outstanding and impressive. They answered all my questions and gave my wife confidence in the Sales process. This was seriously my best experience at a car dealership. Tony was very thorough in explaining the details and was exceptionally knowledgable of the Mini product.

Best Service Ever!!!

I might have not been able to purchase my Mini in your dealership, however because of the high level of service and extreme satisfaction with both the Service and Parts department I will ensure that my next Mini purchase will be at Mini of Murray. Levi VanWagenen is the most professional, experienced and knowledgeable Service Advisor in the business. My car had a TON of issues and I mean a TON!! Levi ensured that every single recall and under warranty issue was resolved and completely taken care off. I mean who does this!!! I feel safe and secure knowing that my car has been taken care of and thus will it will take care of me and my family. Levi is thorough, open and honest and will provide best recommendations and suggestions for maintenance and care. I have highly recommended him, the Service Team and Mini of Murray to all my family and friend. I could not be happier! I cant' wait to see what next year brings with the new line up of the 2016 Mini Clubman, I have already expressed interest! Thank you Levi, the Service Team and Mini of Murray for always taking care of my Mini and me! : ) - A very happy Mini Owner! Annie & Daisy (My Mom Daisy bought the car for me!!)

amazing

Had a huge problem with paperwork (not juan or the dealerships mistake) and with one phone call Juan got on it and fixed it and I got a refund that was due me...I know if I had not called him I would still be working it out..He always goes the extra mile for you...and explains every detail so you understand.. Would highly recommend working with him on buying a car!!
