Mini of Murray

I bought a new MINI Countryman All4 yesterday and my experience was and has been exceptional!!! Juan was our Motiring Advisor. He was knowledgeable, answered every question I had, was patient, honest, personable and completely accommodating! His expert test driving skills sold the car. Truly. I felt valued and immediately accepted into the MINI Family. And Sarah was the first face we saw. She was also very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating! Overall an outstanding couldn't-have-been-better adventure and now in my driveway sits the most beautiful blue Countryman All4!!!!!??

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Tony Poulson was very low pressure, and very patient with me. It took me 15 yrs to get a new car for myself after my last experience at another dealer! Two of my friends have purchased cars from Tony in the last year, and both insisted I didn't go to anyone else but him. LOVE my car and my car buying experience!

Juan and Jared were great! They answered all questions and represented their company extremely well. We buy next Mini from Mini of Murry! We will take all service needs to their store.

The sales crew we worked with at MINI of Murray is top-notch. Getting our Cooper S Countryman ALL4 was a slow process (my fault) but the guys stuck with us through the whole experience, answered every question quickly, dealt with issues professionally, and helped us get in to our shiny new go-cart, er...I mean MINI, which we are now loving!

We recently purchased a Mini from Juan at Mini or Murray. I gotta tell you that our experience could not have been better! Our expectations were met and exceeded in every way! Juan is not only very detailed and carring, but he is the main reason we elected to purchase our car there. Tony is awesome. He knows his stuff, has great design taste, and is a great guy. The experience of purchasing a Mini at Mini of Murray was wonderful -- without a doubt the greatest car buying experience I've ever had. I appreciated how Tony was straight up about everything, kept nothing hidden and informed me about what he was doing and where we were in the process at each step. Tony even went out of his way to stay late and deliver my Mini on Friday night so I could have it for the weekend (coincidentally he was doing the same thing for a customer before me by surprising her and having her Mini ready sooner than expected). I say that is a step above and beyond good customer service -- it's an 11 -- one more than a 10. Finally, I greatly appreciated working with a dealership where I wasn't passed on to some snake charming finance guy in the back who tries to sell you extras you don't want, manipulates numbers, and makes you feel like a cleansing ritual is the only way to get the slime of the experience off. In short, MIni of Murray epitomizes what car.buying should be, and Tony made the whole process amazing. Thanks! And oh yeah, the Cooper S Hardtop is one xxxx of a fun car!

I called unto the service department to get a sales person recommendation as I'd had a bad experience before. I also checked out online reviews on yelp and decided to give Tony a call. I told him right up front I wanted a good deal, didn't want to haggle for hours and I wanted someone invested in my time. I have purchased before from Mini and the experience wasn't the best. If I didn't love the car so much I would not have gone back. He met and exceeded every expectation. Got me into the car I wanted and his follow up has been amazing so far. Very happy this time around.

Tony is AWESOME! This was our best car shopping experience to date! We sure do appreciate Tony's help! He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable in our new cars!

Juan is very knowable and friendly. Wonderful job Juan! we'll be back... This is the ONLY dealer I have ever worked with that I was willing (exited actually) to work with a second time!

Juan Coles was informative, patient, and provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations, which were already very high. This included an after hours personal service call as we had purchased a new mini and we lived out of state and were leaving the next morning and had a slight issue that needed resolved. This has been one of the best car buying experiences we have had in quite a while. Juan gets top marks in my opinion.
