You want to find a car salesperson who will honestly help...

You want to find a car salesperson who will honestly help you find the car for your needs and troubleshoot situations as minimal as getting your mobile phone linked to Bluetooth to as crucial as getting a new tire after service closes and a ride home, in order to get to work the next day? Juan Coles at Mini of Murray is the person for you. A problem solver, genuinely interested young man whom you can trust. I give him top honors and endorsement. He not only helped me find a car that meets my needs (environmentally friendly, fun to drive, good in snow and easy to park in small spots), he also went out of his way to help me get a new tire, get a ride home and get to work the next day!

As a proud Mini Owner and lucky enough to drive my Mini...

As a proud Mini Owner and lucky enough to drive my Mini on the Autobahn of Germany for 2 years I was hesitant to return to the US and concerned that the level of customer service I received in Germany would not measure up back here in Utah, after my first visit to the Mini Clinic of Murray I was thrilled that the staff was kind, friendly patient, and professional in a manner that surpassed all my expectations. It is reassuring to know that the Staff at Mini of Murray makes sure their clients leave happy knowing the care and customer service is almost as great as driving my Mini Cooper s Convertible!!! My purchasing experience at Mini of Murray was a pleasant...

My purchasing experience at Mini of Murray was a pleasant departure the normally brutal dealership experience. I've never had a more satisfying experience, as the process was straight-forward, speedy, and I wasn't beaten-up over the price. The concept of Motoring Advisors handling everything from the test drive to the contract, is excellent. No more "F&I guy" working you over with bait and switch tactics! I avoided Mini in the past (even though I love the Coopers), because the auto magazines always state that Minis are over-priced, but my comparison shopping revealed them to be an excellent value. These cars are a blast to drive, and Mini of Murray is worth a visit.

Expensive parts which is understandable given they are...

Expensive parts which is understandable given they are BMW cars but when I ask to use a hex driver to change the air filter myself that I had just purchased the service guy said he couldn't help me. But service would be happy to change the air filter for me for $50. What a racket! I couldn't believe they wouldn't let me borrow one little tool when I just spent $25 on an air filter. Nice work guys! I will now order my products online and have a mechanic that is trusted and not so concerned about the bottom line to work on my mini. That $50 you wanted to eek out of me cost you way more than that!

I had a wonderful experience buying this car. I have a very busy schedule and Tony would answer my texts, emails or calls when questions came up. He spoke directly to me during our test drive, and not to my husband, which I greatly appreciated since I was buying my own car and am a professional woman. He dealt with me directly during the entire sale and did not go ask his manager if he could do this deal or not. Tony was always cheerful and honest and I felt like I was the only person in the building when I was there. He offered me many packages and extras and when I declined he did not pressure me to take them for which I was thankful. Tony know absolutely everything about Mini Coopers and was clear explaining everything about the car before I left the lot with my new Mini. I got the car on my birthday and Tony even had a cupcake with a candle in it waiting for me with I picked up the car! This is the funnest, and fanciest car I have every owned and at 62 it makes me smile every time I get in it. The whole experience was great, and still is.

I love this dealership!!!!!! Don't tell anyone, but I wish I could bring my Subaru here as well!!! The employees, I think, go above and beyond attending to my needs, whether it's sales, service or just answering questions. I used to think they were nice just because they wanted to make a sale, but when I brought my Countryman in to have air put in the tiresmand received outstanding service, I knew then that everyone, no matter the position, was beyond nice and accommodating! I can't express how much I love coming in! I even have my eye on a powder blue convertible!!!! Lol

Having had some expensive repair issues with my Japanese...

Having had some expensive repair issues with my Japanese built 2007 model year hybrid vehicle last summer I decided it was time to start looking for a new machine. I had driven my daughter and English son-in-law's Mini Hardtop S several thousand miles between the SF Bay Area and Utah and really loved the sporty handling; alas it was just too small for grand kids, groceries and serious road trips. I had also decided all wheel or four wheel drive was a must. So that pretty much ruled out a Mini UNTIL I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law last summer. We were on the road when I saw my first Countryman All4 S. It was intriguing and I started to research the Countryman along with the Porsche Cayenne, several Subaru styles; I really researched and shopped hard. I hadn't intended to buy "new". Then I read about the John Cooper Works Countryman coming out in 2013. I also read reviews of dealers and Mini motoring advisers (M.A.'s) in my region of the Southwest. I'm located in the Four Corners; smack dab in the middle of Phoenix, Albuquerque, Denver and Salt Lake. In fact; even though I live in Utah Phoenix and Albuquerque are closer than SLC. Having read good reviews of Mini of Murray I decided to check them out. Divine providence led me to JUAN COLES, absolutely the finest Motoring Adviser on the planet. We test drove an "S" and I loved it. BUT; I had my heart set on the JCW model. Juan Coles was zero pressure. My wife was encouraging me to order it right on the spot but I had made myself a promise to sleep on it and decide the following day. The next day I went in and Juan guided me through the build process. He recommended for some options and against some things I really didn't need. His experience is beyond vast. We ended up with a 2013 JCW Countryman that is truly "ours"! The wait was slightly over four months and worth every day. Juan kept us updated on the build and shipping progress all the way through. More incredible is that I had one specific day available to pick up the new car and make the six hour drive home. I later learned it was Juan's day off but he didn't mention that when he arranged the time around my schedule for me to pick up the car. He wanted me to be completely happy and if that meant coming in on his day off he was going to do it. And he did! Mini of Murray is a great dealer and Juan Coles is an awesome M.A.!

The service team here is exceptional. They went out of their way to make it a positive experience to have a car repaired. The parts rep was very helpful in finding the replacement parts needed and was very courteous. I would highly recommend Mini of Murray to anyone that needs service, parts, sales, etc for their Mini. Positive experience in every way.

Hi, we were having problems wit the timing chain...

Hi, we were having problems wit the timing chain adjuster. We live in Bozeman MT, 400 miles from Murray. Levi put us in touch with Mini road serv. Our Mini is under warranty; much to my pleasant surprise they towed free of charge. We only had to pay for part of the return trip. Levi called us when it arrived and kept us informed during the entire process. We also had some body work done and had a invisible bra put on to protect her. We are thrilled wit the car, it is fun to look at. Now we are also very happy with your entire service team. Thanks Barry and Merry

My experience at MINI of Murray was easily the best car...

My experience at MINI of Murray was easily the best car buying experience I have had. Tony Poulson treated us very well. It was a pleasure to do business with him. He had a lot going on the day we came in, but he managed everything flawlessly. It is a life first for me to say "thank you" to someone for selling me a vehicle. The MINI is the best vehicle we have ever had, but equally importantly, it is the funnest vehicle we have ever had!
