Their customer service is awful.

Their customer service is awful. After my Vehichle was towed in for repair I had to keep calling them for updates. They were totally unresponsive and my calls were never returned. It was Alfa USA who intervened and got my care returned to me.

Made recommendations for my car that were urgent but

Made recommendations for my car that were urgent but didn’t schedule me to resolve the issues. Poor customer service and no return phone calls. Quotes for services were more than double of other service providers.

Very helpful and efficient for an unscheduled tire

Very helpful and efficient for an unscheduled tire replacement. The tire was procured from another facility quickly and I was on my way back home.

Worst dealer of a high-end car.

Worst dealer of a high-end car. Workmanship was ok, but customer service and trying to get adequate response and answers was poor. Very expensive too.

I called the general manager as I was sent a service

I called the general manager as I was sent a service coupon within 2 hours of my service call. It was a significant discount—I should have been offered this discount without having to ask to honor the coupon . The Mgr could not approve he said, and never called me back to confirm if it could be applied or to give me credit! Why should I come back ? I drove 1.5 hours to get there too!
