I was told the oil pump was changed and they didn't reset
I was told the oil pump was changed and they didn't reset the electronics and I had to pay for it. They put new oil in and didn't put a new filter..

Was there over an hour and a half for a single tire change. There were also unexpected fees added that weren’t discussed upfront.

After calling and reviewing recommended services based on
After calling and reviewing recommended services based on miles with the service team, a oil change was the only need. After driving up and waiting (my choice) I was charged for more than just an oil change. I certainly understand brakes and a tire, however I do my air filters as well as cabin filter myself. Not sure why it cost more that the $1900 for the oil change. A tad dissapointed.

Very disappoint, you would not honor my Mopar warranty.
Very disappoint, you would not honor my Mopar warranty. I now will have to go back to the Maple Shade dealership in NJ. I wanted to try your service department as you are closer to my home.

Made recommendations for my car that were urgent but didn’t schedule me to resolve the issues. Poor customer service and no return phone calls. Quotes for services were more than double of other service providers.
