The service at Maserati of Wilmington was exceptional. Every part of the process was first class. From dropping off the car at a convenient time for me, receiving a loaner while it was being serviced, to a complete detail/explanation of services required and quick turnaround. A++ service!

Great experience.

Great experience. Even though I purchased a relatively inexpensive used car, the customer service was as if I were purchasing an MC 20. Austin, Alison and Jamie were great to work with!

I dealership was great until my factory warranty ended

I dealership was great until my factory warranty ended now it’s hard to get a hold of them and they lied to me about talking to my extended warranty. My extended warranty ends in 1600 miles and the dealership must submit the claim. I cannot submit the claim myself.
