Went in because my engine light came on.

Went in because my engine light came on. Took care of it immediately. I was out in less than 1 hour. Learned a valuable lesson - in NJ make sure the gas attendant puts the gas cap on tight. I was glad that was the only problem. That ended up being one expensive tank of gas!

Everything was terrific, and my car was returned to me

Everything was terrific, and my car was returned to me before I had anticipated. I really appreciated having a loaner car whilst mine was in the shop.

No finance person onsite.

No finance person onsite. Had to wait an extra day to get my vehicle because of this. Promised vehicle detailing was not done even though they had the extra day. Made a mistake in the paperwork causing me to have to pay an additional $1600 out of pocket.
