Clueless.
Clueless. Told me the vehicle couldn't be sold because of safety concerns and then sent me an email asking me to buy it from someone else at the dealership. Prices are much higher than other dealers as well.

Where should I start come monday February the 12th they
Where should I start come monday February the 12th they will have had my car 6 weeks . After 4 weeks they finally put a transmission in it now mind you when we took it to them the issue was when you apply the brakes it was making a popping sound. Week one of it being there they couldn’t hear the sound so I drove over and duplicated it for them waited 2 more weeks they were waiting to hear from tech line. Then before they heard back from tech line I called over to see if they had heard anything and they told me I could pick up my car because nothing was wrong with it. Then I called customer service and they got with them and sent testing to them and then I needed a transmission and now Transmission is in and still making the same sounds as when first taken but now we are being told that it’s just a characteristic of the car and we’re told to come pick the car up because I’m to demand and cussed them . Now keep in mind if they want to say I’m demanding then I’ll own that because I did say I expect a call back before 6 pm but I’ve not even used a cuss word to them let alone cussed them out. Communication there sucks and has been super frustrating this entire experience. All we had asked was for them to keep us updated and what was going on and they couldn’t do that but again I was demanding for saying I expect a call before their department closed. We will be picking the car up tomorrow with the same issues as taken there for and I will never do busy there ever and I do mean ever again . None of the staff expect the exception of Jamie in finance and Ricky as sales manager don’t care including the general manager that I’ve asked to call me two different times give a two rips . I wanted to do business locally but it looks like I will take my business elsewhere from now on . I really wish this situation could have been handled differently but it seems they really don’t care.

Frank vela was the service manager Thomas hull was the technician Jenny was the advisory they are all very rude and made this a horrible experience.
The service department is great!
The service department is great!! Elizabeth took the time to listen and took great care of me and helped me to understand what each charge was for and even got the recalls that I had missed taken care of for me. The mechanic that worked on my car also took the time to help me to understand what all was worked on and even allowed me to see the parts when I was confused about them. Both of these woman were so caring and kind! I’m very thankful for the whole service department! They were awesome!!

So so sad I love the car Kia Soul but I never buy
I will never go to Kia in Fort Smith ever again I was so disappointed I was lied to I was put off I was went back twice in the car was not finished when they said it was got there had to wait for a Ride 3 hours never offered one I was so disappointed they fixed one thing and then it ended up not being that and it ended up being something else so anyway I just was totally dissatisfied had to go to corporate office in California to get satisfaction finally got satisfaction from The Help from the corporate office if it wasn't for them I don't think they would have fixed my little car I love the Kia itself but I will never ever buy another car from Kia in Fort Smith crane Kia in Fort Smith ever again ever

I love the Crain Kia service department here in Fort Smith. I moved here from Dallas TX, a few months ago… they treated me like I bought my KIA from them….super friendly, respectful of my needs and concerns. I definitely will buy my next KIA right here.

I'll never go back!
I lost the key to my KIA and went to Crain to order a new one. They gave me a price of (about - because it wasn't in writing and I don't remember exactly) $280. When they called with an appointment I went in and had it made. They also told me I needed an oil change so I said "OK, but the person who sold us the car said she'd pay for the first oil change." They checked with her and got the OK. When it was time to pick up the car, they printed up a bill for $570.62! They explained that the price I was quoted for the key didn't include labor. I also pointed out the charged me for the oil change and they agreed to removed that charge but wouldn't give me a receipt that reflected that. so I didn't really know the exact amount of the key until I could access my credit card and found out the $280 key was $484.84!! I'll never go back and recommend no one else does either. I also recommend you try a good key shop instead of the dealeship.

Me and Kia dealership
Everything was rushed rushed rushed they already had a buyer for my car and it was rush to get it all done he the dealer could not even tell me everything about the car. To me they should have been able to tell me everything about the car but they didn't. They told me I should have ask more questions about the car if I wanted to know and I felt they should have known I was used to expensive cars by what I traded in. This car is a down grade from what I had and I am still really mad about it I would give it back to them if they still had my car 2014 Ford Explorer top of the line. I will never trade cars without my husband with me those dealers are like a maggots in hot ashes. They wanted the deal done before my husband got there. A lot more to the story but I think you get what I am saying!

I love my new 23 Kia Sportage and my salesperson Crystal
I love my new 23 Kia Sportage and my salesperson Crystal Belcher worked hard to get me into this vehicle. She is still helpful when we have questions. Great business and great people to take care of our needs. We will definitely return when need to purchase again. She also helped my husband by his truck by looking for months for something he wanted.
