Krystal B is the absolute best.

Krystal B is the absolute best. Love my 22’ Kia K5. She was so good to work with! She did her absolute best to make sure I had everything I needed/wanted. ♥️ I will be purchasing from her in the future.

Wonderful place and wonderful people!!

Just bought a brand new 2022 Kia Telluride yesterday and had an amazing experience. Bruce was our sales consultant and we have never dealt with someone so patient and made the car buying process so relaxing and enjoyable. I would give Bruce 10 stars if I could! Jesse in finance was 10/10 as well. The dealership itself was beautiful and we can’t thank Kia in Fort Smith enough for such an enjoyable car buying experience!

Wonderful experience. Great people to work with.

I just bought a 2023 Kia Sportage and I love it. Michael Bruce was my sales person and was assisted by Shawn. Both men were extremely easy to work with and made the car buying experience a pleasure. I met the manager of the dealership, finance manager, and service department personnel. Over all a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Transmission

My 19 Sorento's transmission starting shifting rough at 59k. I live an hour away from Ft Smith and Tulsa. Crain Ft Smith got my car in a week earlier the Ferguson Kia in Tulsa and had convenient evening drop options. They warrantied the transmission and replaced it with a reman. Drives and shifts good now. They were up front and honest with me about the extended timeframe and other details that I feel like another dealership would of lied about. I will give Crain Kia the 1st shot at my car buying in the future.

run away

this place is a joke. had an issue with my clear coat on a brand new telluride and they say its not covered under warranty due to it being from impact. there's a tiny scratch from a rock or bug hitting it but because it happens to be where the clear coat is peeling they wont warranty it. the clear coat blew off while i was washing the car. took it to a body shop and they told me the clear coat looks wrong and shouldn't flake like it is. its either poor product or poor application. i've purchased 5 vehicles from crain and 3 of those were brand new vehicles from crain kia in the past 2 years. they don't give a xxxx about your loyalty or even try to talk to you about it. as soon as you try to fight it they just pass you off till you give up. not one manager reached out. they'll get your money and then they don't care. xxxx i even serviced the vehicles here. it takes 4 hours to get an oil change. run away and take your loyalty elsewhere because they won't reciprocate it.

I had a great experience with my recent purchase from Crain Kia. Jamie Carson (salesman) was excellent; friendly, helpful, and a no pressure approach. Caitlyn (sp?) assisted and was very helpful as well. General Sales Manager, Ricky Nolan, was easy to work with and so was the finance manager, Gregg Hubbell.
