I had a problem with my tires, that were hit by nails in the same tire, in two days, just after the service was provided. Worst luck impossible. I got the best customer service, and had the tires fixed immediately both times. Amazing experience!

spoke with a sales person at this dealership about a used car and he answered all my questions. The sales person volunteered to take pictures and send a video because the color of the vehicle was strange. I appreciated that and then waited but Nothing. No pic, video, or call back. The car is listed as Sold As is, is a sports car, so I did research to identify a place I could have them take the car to get a Pre Purchase Inspection. I spoke with a different sales person the second time around and he said he would talk to a sales manager about my request for a PPI. He called back and said they would not take the car to the place I identified but that the Indy shop could send someone to the dealership to inspect the car. The Indy shop works on Porsche/BMW and is not like a Lemon Squad who will go to a dealership to inspect a car. I have to say I am very disappoint with this Porsche dealership level of customer service. Ive had a pre purchase inspection done on all of my used sports car purchases, Porsche’s and BMW’s, and not had a dealership not be accommodating with dropping a car off to get a PPI. The Car has been on their lot for 35 days but guess they are not interested in selling it.

Extremely responsive and efficient. Four days from initial call to the car arriving at my home (~800mi from dealership). Salesman was a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Alberto to purchase a pre owned Mercedes. He was helpful and professional from start to finish and the dealership itself was beautiful. It was such a pleasant experience compared to shopping at the bmw and Audi dealerships in Fort Lauderdale where they are pushy and corny in their tactics. Would 100% come back here for my next car. After this I wouldn’t really want to have to deal with any other dealership.

Porsche West Broward has been my best car buying experience to date. They made sure my 2018 Targa 4S was perfect when delivered. Alex my salesperson took the time to review all of the features of the cars and made sure I was comfortable and 100% satisfied.

He is extremely personable and was really frank about the car, the sales experience and what my expectations should be. Obviously Porsche is a luxury brand that speaks for itself but the sales person can totally influence the deal and make a the experience. With Alberto you don't feel that you are being sold something that everyone else has. He really takes time in customizing your needs and makes the deal happen. To a point that he creates a friendship that you feel you can reach out to anytime. The client and purchase delivery was outstanding! I would recommend Alberto and West Broward Porsche to anyone looking to buy a Porsche.

I went to Porsche West Broward in May to lease a new Porsche Macan. Alberto Acosta handled my deal, and I could not believe how easy and stress free it was. He completely changed my negative perception on car shopping, and I am so thankful for it! He made the process extremely fast and easy. I initially went to PWB to accompany a friend that had just bought a used 911 and was going to pick it up. I was looking for a new car, and I was pretty set on getting the Maserati Quattroporte. When I got to the dealership, my friend told the salesman that sold him his Porsche that I was interested in buying a new car, and he wanted me to test drive the Panamera to see how I liked it. The salesman said that he was too busy and couldn't show me the car (I guess he didn't think I was serious about getting a Porsche), and he brushed me off to Alberto Acosta. Boy, am I glad that he did! Alberto Acosta let me test drive the Panamera and I immediately fell in love with it. We spoke about the Maserat0,i and not once that he talk bad about the Quattroporte. He actually told me that it was a nice car that's had its issues in the past, but its better now. He told me that everyone has their preference, and that I should get the Maserati if that's the car that I truly wanted. He gave me his unbiased, honest opinion. I didn't want to jump the gun so I made sure I went home and thought about everything before I got the Panamera. I returned to PWB a few days later with my friend because he had to finish some paperwork for his Porsche. We ran into Alberto, and we started talking about cars for like 30 minutes. Not once did he mention or pressure me into buying the Panamera. That's what got me to trust Alberto. When talking to Alberto, I felt like if I was talking to one of my friends, not a car salesman. A couple of weeks later, I was sure that I wanted a Panamera, but I'm very picky, so I wanted the perfect Panemera for me. Alberto was patient with me every step of the way. He always answered all my calls. He even recommended me another dealership so I can get the exact color I was looking for. I went to the other dealership, but after seeing the exact color I was looking for in person, I wasn't all that impressed. I went back to PWB. Something was telling me to get the car with Alberto. After all the time and effort he invested in me, he deserved it. I'm glad I made that decision. When I went back, it just so happened that the exact car I wanted had arrived a few days prior. I felt like the Porsche gods blessed me for going back to Alberto. I ended up getting the car with Alberto, and I do not regret my decision. Since then, I've had some issues with Porsche services, and Alberto has always been there making sure that I leave happy. Alberto goes above and beyond of what is expected of a salesman. I honestly don't see him as a salesman, I see him as a friend. He has made the whole car buying experience truly enjoyable. PWB is really lucky to have him.

What a great experience! Jean Mark had endless patience and respect! The whole staff was outstanding! I will never buy another brand and this dealership will be my new auto home base!

Received the worst customer service . Did not improve after speaking with a manager. Extremely disheartening and disappointed. Wasted over a week of my time with them. If you?re out of town, forget it. Highly disregarded and displeased.
