Alberto and the team at PWB have been amazing. Alberto was very educated in their products throughout and he made the experience not buying a car, but buying a Porsche. I will go back to him without hesitation when I am looking for a car again. He made sure I was happy every step of the way, and even with his continuing follow up after the deal was done. Ok, some people write reviews, often. I am not one of those people. The reason for this review is that the purchase experience at PWB was fantastic. We drove up in a 2013 Ford Focus to look at a 2017 Carrera. At no point did we feel uncomfortable. Quite the opposite, we were greeted wonderfully and spent the next couple of hours in a wonderful facility with consummate professionals and truly happy representatives of Porsche. Ok, to be specific Alberto Acosta was the best! Again he is the best! But indeed all of the people we dealt with were easy, relaxed, polite, professional, courteous, honest people. Would we recommend PWB to anyone. YES! Great selection of vehicles, outstanding dealership in every way. My wife now wants a 911 cabriolet...

This is not a review that I am writing at the behest of Alberto Acosta. This is simply a description of my experience having Mr. Acosta as a Salesperson and Counselor in buying my new Porsche Panamera. I had purchased several luxury vehicles and dealt with a number of dealerships and salespersons in the past. Alberto Acosta certainly stands amongst them. From the very first meeting Alberto was very different than What I was accustomed to. He is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about the brand. I never felt pushed nor steered into buying the vehicle or unnecessary upgrades. He assisted me into building the car, always mindful of beauty and performance but also value. I felt that he was working more for me than for the dealership. He guided me through the financing process and made valid suggestions on items the Finance Director had for sale. Again, he was honest and I felt he was on my side. Alberto was with me until the last minute and waved goodbye with a big smile as I was leaving the dealership in my new car. He called the next day to enquire if I had any questions about the car. He is a true professional and really represents what a salesperson should be. I am sure he will do very well in his career.

Alberto was excellent from walking in the door and leaving the dealer. Alberto make you feel like part of the family and guide step by step in the process of buying a car.

someone is lying on these reviews. I call in to get a quote and they insult their own intelligence by quoting my trade at almost 20% below auction pricing. I have access to the auction software that the dealerships use. They say they are "just the salesman" giving the pricing by management. Not from this dealership but I have owned 6 911's and 2 Macan's. This is not my first rodeo. Its not a matter of being in the same ballpark. They were on a different planet. Buyer beware when you walk into this place.

This is by far one of the best dealerships in south Florida. You get treated like a VIP the moment you walk in. Look for Jean Frezin and he will definitely spend quality time with you educating you on the brand. Very passionate guy who loves and cares about his job. You don't get alot of people like this anymore specially at the car sales industry. Thank you Jean for helping me get my new Porsche Macan Turbo.

I returned to Porsche of West Broward for my second car. The experience was just as good as the first. From Sean in service to the Alberto Acosta and Sam Nelson in sales and finance. Truly a class act from start to finish. I have had various Porsche products which are the best in the world but the service and environment at Porsche of West Broward is exceptional. I live in dade county and I go to West Broward Porsche for the people and service.
