Very, very disappointed in the service and the way we
Very, very disappointed in the service and the way we have been treated. I had gone in there to get information on a vehicle and was given alot of information. Granted I had no down-payment and credit aa bit off. in speaking to the general manager Billy Tharpe, he stated to give him a few days to take care of some thing regarding getting the car. 3 weeks later no phone call, only 2 messages via text and nothing. I have had issues with other dealerships but this was a slap in the face.

Jesse (Gator) was a good salesman. Showed me everything I needed to know. He helped me with questions about the radio a few days after. Definitely would buy from him again.

Services is good, taken care of my vehicle in a quick & and loving way. Just wished it would give more discounts, no matter what work is being done. Especially the cost of some of work is very costly. Military, Seniors. GM points should be considered. Yes regardless of what type of work, but we are still considered as a Customer

The customer service was awesome! All my questions and concerns were satisfied! The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming! The waiting area was clean and cozy! And the coffee and refreshments area was a plus! I trust the services that were provided. They provided me with a ride to a nearby restaurant to eat lunch and pick me back up! That was awesome ? I was also offered other ways to pay for my services and was well informed of other services needed and future services for the upkeep of my vehicle! This Dealership goes above and beyond to Satisfy Their Customers! Thanks ?

All I can say is All of my concerns and questions were satisfied. This dealership is Trustworthy, Professional, Customer Oriented! And Welcoming! The wait wasn't too long and the waiting area was clean and cozy. The coffee and refreshments are were setup very nice! I received a ride to and from a restaurant to eat lunch. 😋 The customer courtesy was outstanding! I received all the details about the service my vehicle received and recommended services as well. They were very honest and offered other ways to pay for service to pay overtime if needed! I would most definitely refer family, friends and others to purchase a vehicle and get their services from Matt Bowers Chevrolet in Slidell!😊
