Was quoted 170.

Was quoted 170.00 to diagnose my car. Get there and they add a shop fee to a diagnosis. Already expensive enough. CHEVERLET Traverse transmissions are junk. Would not buy another again. 45,000 car and it only last 130,000 miles. Jmo No Chevys for me.

Horrible customer service

Getting through to my sales person was like pulling teeth. I called over 8 times throughout the day and got nothing. I ended up getting in touch on the final call and it wasn’t with my sales representative and this was after being transferred several times. I still have no idea about the status of my car and they do not have loaner vehicles. I was given bare minimum information to work with

Joel was a nightmare!

Joel was my sales-person. He was horrible and condencsending. He had a nasty attitude when I inquired about minor repairs, he assumed I did not have enough money to pay out of pocket (which I did), and he did not want to shake my hand (he lied and said he was feeling sick). Everyone else seems complicit with his actions. If he was fired, it would be a better company. Please fire Joel!
