Took all day to repair new Corvette tire that has leaked

Took all day to repair new Corvette tire that has leaked since the day I bought it new( verified by On Star diagnostic alert). They claimed a bolt was in the tire and was not covered under road hazard warranty. 2 days later same tire was still leaking and they said tire patches are not warrantied! What a low level of professionalism for a $90,000. car. I will never go back to this dealership.

Miss Guidance

I was shown a car for 16,999 when I got the paper work it showed 17,348 for a 2019 Altima sentra, no matts was give was told they didn't charge me for them. Also was promise insurance but was charge for it. I will not recommend my family there. They pencil whip you, and didn't she all that he was punching in on the pad. For 27, 000 plus I should be riding a 2022 or 2023. When the sale person tell you I can get you a better deal, don't believe. The higher up are in charge. They are not in control, but God see all. Taking advance of the poor, just anyone. Treat people how you want to be treated.

***Baton Rouge Dealership*** If you prefer to be treated horribly, visit this dealership. Presented Finance Manger with a check for full amount of vehicle. Shockingly rude to me in front of 16 yo son. I was in complete shock as he hollered to salesman to come get his people out of his office! Gladly. STAY AWAY!!!!

Not Pleased

Purchased a set of tires for my vehicle and was told that they were not going to price match of another competitor. Brought my vehicle in on the 13th for the new set of tires and an alinement. I was told the the alinement machine was out of order after they informed me that the tires were mounted. My vehicle was kept at the shop until the 27th waiting for the machine to be fixed. I picked up my vehicle on the 27 and the machine was still out of order and they could not tell me when it would be fixed.

Used car buyers BEWARE!

Used car buyers BEWARE! Engine nearly exploded on multiple occasions less than 1 week after I drove off the lot. They refused to diagnose, repair, take it back, or cancel the loan even though they withheld information when I asked about the vehicle- IN FEAR for my life, I had no choice but to park it right back where I purchased it from so it wouldn’t danger my family. As Kia advised these vehicles be “parked away from buildings” due to the potential fire risk. I knew nothing about this vehicles history and when I asked I was told nothing. I trusted that the *#1 dealer in LA* wouldn’t sell a dangerous car that put my life in danger or would’ve told me that the engine had a LIFETIME WARRANTY DUE TO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT bc of the engines exploding and catching fire. USED CAR BUYERS DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BC THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU EVEN WHEN YOU ASK!
