Very patient as we worked hours on technology problems with my Chevy rewards and USAA insurance. I am loan paperwork. Or should I say virtual paperwork. Technology sucks give me paper any day.

Outstanding Experience
My experience with Matt Bowers Chevrolet (Slidell) was very positive. The salesman that took care of me (Ed) was very easy to work with and was exceptional in knowledge of his inventory. After looking at tons of vehicles in inventory. I selected an awesome truck. We then came to an amicable agreement on the final cost. My overall experience was a 5 out of 5. Thank you Ed, and thank you Matt Bowers Chevrolet.

I HAD A APPOINTMENT!!!!
I made an appointment to go see a truck with these guys, I also offered to give them a deposit to hold until the appointment, and they told me that it wasn't necessary because they would hold it until the appointment witch was the same day. I left work early arrived at the exact time of the appointment only to find/see that they sold the truck to someone else. These guys SUCK !!!

Took all day to repair new Corvette tire that has leaked
Took all day to repair new Corvette tire that has leaked since the day I bought it new( verified by On Star diagnostic alert). They claimed a bolt was in the tire and was not covered under road hazard warranty. 2 days later same tire was still leaking and they said tire patches are not warrantied! What a low level of professionalism for a $90,000. car. I will never go back to this dealership.

Miss Guidance
I was shown a car for 16,999 when I got the paper work it showed 17,348 for a 2019 Altima sentra, no matts was give was told they didn't charge me for them. Also was promise insurance but was charge for it. I will not recommend my family there. They pencil whip you, and didn't she all that he was punching in on the pad. For 27, 000 plus I should be riding a 2022 or 2023. When the sale person tell you I can get you a better deal, don't believe. The higher up are in charge. They are not in control, but God see all. Taking advance of the poor, just anyone. Treat people how you want to be treated.
