Bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. After getting home with it under garage lights saw damage that had a poor repair on passenger front door. Reported it to dealer took truck in to show damage and was told they would take care of it bring it back when the paint guy comes in on Tuesday. Drove 90 miles to find that the man that removes dents comes in Monday and paint man comes in Thursday. Drove another 90 miles on Thursday 8/29/24 salesman took it to him he said it’s $500 to repaint door. Then the salesman said I have to get manager to approve the repair. The manager comes to me and refused to pay for the repair after being told they would take care of it, he also told me they had already tried to repair it before putting it up for sale. I asked why no one told me about the damage. He said they repair mechanical problems on used trucks. So after several trips and lies about how they were going to make it right. Needless to say I will never go back to this dealer for anything

I was sold a $4k warranty on a used ram truck I bought at
I was sold a $4k warranty on a used ram truck I bought at matt bowers, told warranty was bumper to bumper. First time I try to use it I'm told by service dept that they don't work on dodge. I asked who honors your warranty? The response was "how shoukd I know?" Obviously there is some finance world anomaly that prevents the warranty, which is paid in full, from being reimbursed. "It's just not possible." Complete and total rip off. Lie to your face with a smile. Never, ever do business with these people. They will steal from you.

Terrible experience very unprofessional staff not Chevrolet quality. I would take my cash to another next time. Paid 4000 for a old truck one week later he offers to buy oil leaking vehicle back for 2000. I was a fool they took advantage of.

Monica handled me and my car with so much care and even staying really late multiple days to help me. Even when my car didn't match my budget she helped me find an even better car than the one I originally bought. I have been recommending all of my friends to go here if they need a car.

Dealership Warranty requires dealership oil changes so
Dealership Warranty requires dealership oil changes so they can of course upsell. Question is " How valuable is your time"? I purchased from Matt Bowers Ford in Metairie but live in Slidell. I also spent $ 5,000.00 on an extended warranty. Matt Bowers offers lifetime powertrain warranty if you do your synthetic oil change every 6 months or 5,000 miles. Sounds fair enough, right. Not really! I have an automotive back ground and in fact spent 15 years at dealerships and also built and ran a carwash and oil change. The dealerships were Toyota and every one I worked at or ran had mechanics to do expedited oil changes. A visit to Matt Bowers Chevrolet for an oil change can be 1-4 hours, although as of late think you will have to get there an hour before they open 6:20 am to get out an hour after arrival. So to do a 15 minute oil change you have your time to and from plus your wait. In todays world giving up your travel time and sitting time at the dealership is not worth it. If they are going to push this warranty and Matt Bowers servicing they should have a means to expedite the oil changes. As a note they will always look for an upsell, on one of my visits it was the cabin filter where the glove box needs to be removed to inspect. My glove box has not been the same since. As a note I gave them three stars for a reason.... I would give a single star for time of an oil change but their service writers are usually pleasant and they have a nice waiting room. That is what got them two extra stars
