I have leased twice and bought once from this dealership

I have leased twice and bought once from this dealership and it was a great experience until my most recent lease end. I wanted to see what options I had for getting a new lease. I worked with Jason Tornbom and he is the worst sales person I have ever met. I called Jason and told him that I didn't want to drive into Ogden if they didn't have the colors I was looking for. I had checked online and he told me they had those colors and that online must not have been updated. This was his first lie. As soon as I walked in the door he told me they didn't make the color of the model for the year I wanted. I do a lot of research before hand and I knew that they did, and I told him so. He flat out told me I was wrong. So I told him again they do and the dealership in Salt Lake had one. Within minutes he said I was right. That was his second lie! After looking around, he showed me a CX 30 Turbo, which was $9000 more that the model I wanted and just for fun, we took it for a test drive. I told him flat out that I could not afford this car and wanted to discuss the model I had come in for. When negotiations started, well he would just not negotiate. He would not even come close to giving me the fair market trade in price for my CX 30 with less than 19,000 miles. He gave me a BB value for a CX 30 from an auction in fair condition. Again, my car is in excellent condition and it was not coming from an auction. Then he came out with a payment price option for the CX 30 S and the CX 30 Turbo and guess what. They were almost exactly the same payment of over $500+. A payment that I told him over and over again I could not afford. He just didn't care and would still not negotiate. Jason thought I would give in and buy the more expensive car even though I had told him several times I did not want that car. Then he told me that with my current CX 30 I had paid for all the extras when I knew that I had not. I had watched this car roll of the delivery truck and it had already come with all the extras. I verified this, as did my husband before we signed any paperwork, but according to Jason, I was lying or I didn't know what I was talking about. That was it!!! I lost it!! I was so mad and I let him know. He absolutely refused to make anything right. I asked for the keys to my car so we could leave, and being the cocky xxx he is, he had to run back to the used car lot to get my car. He actually thought I was going to buy a car from him. Then he told me that he had sold 17 cars this month and that I really needed to make a decision soon because the 2025's, this is October and they are just now starting to come in, were going to sell out really fast and that the election was coming up so you just never know what was going to happen. He must have thought I was a fool to fall for any of his crap. I was done! I have never been so mistreated at this dealership. I don't even want to take my car in for an oil change. The sales manager there that day was not any better. He was just walking around on his cell phone the whole time. They lost 2 customers that day! My husband was looking at a new car as well, but it is their loss. It is too bad that Young now has such a dishonest person working for them. Also, as a side note, my husband and I came home and reviewed our paperwork from the lease and I was right, we had not paid for any of the extras. There were more things that he lied about like the process of the Certified Pre Own, but then again, nothing he said was truthful. If you do go to this dealership, do not work with Jason, and I hope you can get a good saleperson.

Don't order parts from this dealer!

Don't order parts from this dealer! Cody mismanages the parts dept. I ordered parts from this dealer and it was returned to sender. I called back and they stated when the item arrives in return they would be glad to mail it back to the correct address. I then waited a week or so called back to be told by Cody the part was in their possession and they would mail it out the next day. I waited another week no part no tracking number. I called back for the third time and Cody told me he shipped it out yesterday. I then asked him for a tracking number. He proceeded to lie to me again for third time as he used a lame excuse as to why he couldn't produce a tracking number. I then demanded my money back and cancelled my part order. I asked for the manager Ryan Albert who was too ashamed to pick up the phone. Do use this dealership they don't have good customer service. Managers who don't care and a parts dept. that can't remember what to do!

Easy to work with.

Worked with Cody Herriott and his superiors. Had to bargain a bit, but since I had come prepared, they were willing to work with me. Happy with the deal that was reached.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY!

QUICK AND EASY EXPERIENCE HERE, HONEST FOLKS, FAIR PRICES. AND A VERY GOOD LOOKING DEALERSHIP. TEAM SEEMS WELL PUT TOGETHER AND KIND. INVENTORY IS SCARE BUT THEY ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN.

Go to place for a car!

Austin Saffery is a great guy! Always willing to answer all my questions and making me feel im important. I will always keep is number in my phone!

average at best.

I was super excited to get a new Mazda CX-30, I love the car and would buy it again in a heartbeat. But i would go to another dealer for sure. I worked with someone on line and they wanted me to set up a time to come in which was great, but they were not ready for us when we got there and we had to start all over with a sales person because the person online is just a clerk and not a salesperson at all. After the sale it took them more than a month to pay off my trade and they expected me to keep making the payment while it sat for sale on their lot. Mazda's are great. Riverdale Mazda is not!

Fantastic experience

An amazing place if you're looking to buy a new car, or used. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy when I left, had a misunderstanding on Thursday, got called back Saturday and the GM had personally looked at my situation and taken care of some things to help me out and I couldn't be happier.

Young Mazda is simply amazing

Had a great buying experience with Ray. Straight forward no pressure addressed my needs in a vehicle that fit my price. Easiest car buying experience. They definitely have a great flow from the Sales manager, general manager to sales. Quality place to do all business.

Awesome Sales Individual

Typically, I dont like to go into car dealerships; but Young Mazda and Ethan provided me a truly exceptional experience...which I did not think I would ever say about a car dealership.
