Forrest and the staff did an excellent job. We were in a hurry to get the car we wanted...we came in knowing exactly what we wanted and they jumped right on it and got all the paperwork done and our trade paperwork done very efficiently. We were in and out in barely over an hour...it was a pleasure working with the group at Young Mazda. I love my new car and am very happy with what we have! They were also very great about going over all the new specs and features with our new car and informing us about the app available to us for our car as well. It was a great experience!

We really didnt need a repair we just needed another key fob service was easy and fast The customer service was exceptional with texting and letting me know who was working on my car with the whole process

I've always had a great experience with the service department. They are always very attentive and answer all my questions. I do feel compelled to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the parts department. I left several messages with questions I needed info about. The operator was very helpful each time, and then apologized when she heard I had not received a return phone call. This happened 3 times before I was actually able to be put through to someone there. Once that happened, everything was taken care of. I would just suggest that even a text saying they would contact me later would have been better than no call at all. Thanks for your great overall service.
