We were looking for a plug in hybrid vehicle and I visited and spoke with a few dealers but none were interested in helping me order one. Don Franklin in Nicholasville was eager to help. The Outlander looked like a good fit and our sales person Connor guided us through the process and features of the car. We were fortunate to receive the car in a month and although have only had it a few days it seems to be a great car.

I had been searching for the right vehicle for a quite sometime with no luck. I was referred to Josh Fite by a friend. I contacted him on a Thursday about a vehicle at another lot that I wanted to test drive. He called Friday morning to let me know the car was on its way to the Nicholasville lot. I got to the lot Friday afternoon and Mr Fite was so personable and helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. By the evening it was deal done!! I got the suv I had been wanting and better than that I got great service by someone very knowledgeable and kind, which I had yet to encounter at other lots up to that point. Driving 2 hours away from my area to purchase a vehicle was an experience i didnt think i would enjoy, going to an area where you just dont know anyone was an uncomfortable feeling but after calling Don Franklin Mitsubishi and talking to Lincoln before i started my journey quickly changed my perspective about going so far from home. Lincoln from the start made me feel like a person an not another sale. on the phone he made sure to get me a qute on my trade ins so i was insured id have the best deL possible on them. I had the most wonderful young salesman by the name of Conner greet me at the Nicholasville dealership when I drove in to see a van I had reviewed online. Even though the van was nice, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Once I told Conner my criteria he went right to work and found exactly what I ask for at D Franklin in Somerset and surprised me by bringing it up to his lot just to make it convenient for me to see and try out. I love my new slightly used van and I highly recommend Conner to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Conner went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Conner!!!

The staff and personnel there are excellent and friendly. They do their best to answer your questions and resolve any issues.
