I have had no reason to even suspect that i have been treated unfairly or dishonestly. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and everyone from sales, finance, management, and service has been top notch. Doug and Rob have worked together to take care of me and ensure that the buying process is quick and easy. My second vehicle that i purchased (9/15/22) was basically done over the phone. I called asking for my first salesman (Doug) and was told he was on vacation. Rob took down what i wanted, what i had, communicated with Doug, verified my info from previous purchase, and had me in my new car the next day!!!
