Dwayne Lane's Skagit Subaru

Was not satisfied with the service dept. it was in for an oil change when I left their was I Oil splattered all over the front and hood. Went back and told them what I found and the service rep told me that it would come off and offered to give me a free car wash. Would not take my car to the car wash of their choice. Came home and washed it by hand. The service rep did not even say he was sorry.

I've been getting my 2019 Subaru serviced at Dwayne Lanes Subaru since we moved to Sedro Woolley a few years ago. I recently upgraded to the new 2025 Forester and received excellent service from Zach. He was a great help! I look forward to my next years with my new SUV and the working with this dealership.

They were very transparent about financing and picking up the vehicle was pretty quick. I also recommend the Encore class. Craig is very knowledgeable and his class was quick and tremendously informative. The service staff have also been superb. Overall, a really good dealership.

The sales team is excellent. Joel was amazingly straightforward and caring in his work to assist us in getting the best price for the car we wanted. The finance team was easy to work with and did not use the typical high-pressure tactics to include add-ons. All in all, I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle or have my vehicle serviced by the Dwayne Lane team at Skagit Subaru!

From start to finish Dwayne Lane Skagit Subaru has taken care of us. From Joel to the general manager, to Jason the service manager we were treated like family not the next sale. It was incredibly refreshing to be seen and heard. Not dismissed, talked down to or ignored because im a woman. Same courtesy was afforded to my kids.
