Friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I never got a hard sales pitch, and they negotiated with me until we reached a fair price. Their service and parts department pitched in on two other areas I needed, and they were thorough and very helpful. I trust these guys. Talk to Matt in sales and Jason in service if you need someone to go above and beyond.

They told me it would take an hour to do an oil change,

Matt was pleasant and helpful. Answered all of my question and took the time to explain features of the car. When I came to pick it up Joel took the time to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and I knew enough about the car for me to be on my way. Everyone was pleasant, and efficient.

Since I had my appointment at the dealer this morning I
Since I had my appointment at the dealer this morning I would go through with it and have them do the update, only to arrive and have the Service Rep tell me it will be 2 hours as this is always the case and no clue there was an update. Same with the Service Manager that was unaware and standard practice is to get the vehicle and have the tech search the history for updates and go from there. Stated there was an update but Manager keep saying there will always be updates and one usually in month so why wanting this one and what are you trying to fix? This is not to Fix Anything you Morons only to Update the system so it run smoother ! Service --- F
