I worked Sam over a couple of weeks to get a vehicle that I am very happy with. Sam was very patient and did not pressure the sale in any way. I test drove many vehicles, Sam was even able to bring a Mazda over for me to compare directly with the Subarus. The purchase was pretty quick and painless. They even schedule a one on one for a couple weeks out with a person that can answer all your questions about the features that modern cars have. When I need to buy another car I would go to Dwayne Lane Subaru again.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. But most impressive was the quickness of the buying transaction. Maybe 20 minutes max.... Not the Hours long experience of the past. I am 71 years old and have suffered in many, many long transactions in the past.

Took car in for new tires and brake service. They charged me nearly $1k to turn the rotors and replace the pads. Absolute scam! But thats not the worst of it. They either forgot to put a bolt back in on my front driver side caliper or never tightened it and it fell out. My entire caliper fell away from the rotor and was hitting the inside of my wheel. So thankful that it didn’t catch on anything and cause a horrific accident. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Im terrified to find out what other corners they cut or forgot.
