If this dealership represents all other DCH dealerships, then I am more than impressed. The best car dealership experience I have ever had.

I recently leased a new 2017 Mustang from DCH Ford and had a great experience overall. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. I went there with a car already picked out and after a great test drive I knew it was the car I wanted. They went over all the features of the car, answered all questions that I had, and worked with me to get that car unlike other dealerships I went to that tried to sway me into a car I did not want. They did everything they could to make the deal happen and I got the car I wanted at a great price! Playing the numbers game with a dealership is never fun but they were very easy to talk with and were able to get me the price I was looking for. From the initial communications with the dealership via emails and phone calls to the experience at the dealership I felt well informed, I felt like they valued my time, and valued me as a potential customer. Since getting the vehicle they have also been very helpful in answers any questions I have had about it and wanted to make sure I was enjoying my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its people to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

I bought a very clean 11-year old BMW from these people, and they were great during the whole process. Unfortunately, the water pump and thermo needed replacing right away (just one of those unfortunate random circumstances, not their fault). At first it wasn't clear what was happening, but they were very good at picking up the car and taking a look at it. They found no problem at first (it was an intermittent warning light) but Daneel actually listened and believed that there was a problem. They kept it overnight and after further testing, were able to replicate the problem. It was under warranty, and they made sure it was all covered. I was traveling for work, and they were very communicative the whole time.

The people involved in the lease and sale of this automobile were great. They all were very professional and made the experience enjoyable. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with this dealership. After my previous experiences with dealerships in this county it was wonderful to deal with a salesperson that was looking at what I needed and not just how to make the next sale/ Thank you DCH Ford for returning my belief in the overall automobile experience. .
