Greedy. General lack of respect.

Lured me over with high trade price for my vehicle n then low balled the offer once I was onsite. General lack of respect for my time. I was also potentially endangering my family with Coronavirus. But they clearly do not care about my safety or my wellbeing. Frat boys atmosphere.

Brian, I am very sorry you feel this way. Before you ever arrived at the lot, you claimed to posses a trade-in valued at over $10K. Once you arrived and we were able to run the actual numbers of your vehicle, the trade in value is actually under $6K (in excellent condition). Then your vehicle had many issues, rust, no radio, turbo leaking, AC/Heat not working properly, rough riding, Door locks, speedometer, and other issues all taking value away from your trade-in. The truck you have is simply not worth the money you are asking for. We reviewed many possibilities to assist you, but you refused to see the true value based on the condition of the vehicle you brought us.

NOT as nice as shown in pics

I understand that pics are for marketing, however I do expect to have an accurate representation or at least comments about issues. Massive hail damage and bumper damage not clearly shown in pics or description. wasted 20 mile trip

We do apologize for your time spent. All of our cars are pictured as is and we hope any "cosmetic" damage should be seen in the pictures.

Worst place ever....

They tried to bait me into buying something else, AFTER they called me and told me to come in to get the truck I had originally wanted. Went as far as telling me the only way to secure the truck I was looking at was to hand them 4500 cash and I may be able to get the vehicle. How are you going to ask someone for cash, with no paperwork saying you are receiving the cash towards down payment of a specific car. You waste people's time, plain and simple. Glad the news put you all on blast for your deceptive practices.

Shady Dealer

This dealer wasted our time and tried to sell us a car that was barely driveable. We emailed in advance to discuss the car and they said there were no indicator lights on and the car was in good condition. A mechanic friend drove all the way from Muncie to look at the car for us. When he arrived the dealership's mechanic was working on the car still trying to clear out the numerous error codes and indicator lights on the car. He said that at least 3 cylinders were misfiring. There was oil on the sparkplugs and the wrong oil had been used in the car. Needless to say we did not buy the car and sincerely hope no one else does either.

Misinformed regarding vehicle issues.

The day after I purchased my 2004 Honda CRV, the battery died, and needed replaced. After having the vehicles inspected(told by Auto Nerds there were no issues per the in house mechanics report, it was made known that the front left axel was in bad shape and the oil pressure switch needed replaced. This was an expense of $600 to replace, that could have and should have been made known before purchasing the vehicle from them so we could give a fair offer and/or decide if this was a worthy investment for myself. So with that, I am led to believe the in-house mechanic is unqualified for the job of inspecting vehicles, or this was known and we weren’t told - neither option looks good for Auto Nerd of Beech Grove. All this said, i cannot, at this current moment, give a review that would be to the businesses liking, and I would strongly suggest taking your money/business somewhere else.

Great management

I purchased a vehicle from auto nerd in Beech Grove and felt like I wasn't treated fairly. Caleb, the manager there called me personally and asked how he could make things right with me and we were able to come to an agreement that was very fair. They really try to make sure that their customers are happy and treated fairly. Caleb really cares about his customers and tries to do anything in his power to make things right and I really appreciate that.

This is the second used car I have bought from the

This is the second vehicle I have bought here A in my opinion will be a repeat customer as for repairs never had a problem
