Took my ACURA MDX in shop for repairs for climate control unit and value covered gasket my warranty wouldn’t cover, that was costly. They worked with us and got my vehicle running. I’m doing the happy dance. Thanks guys.

Thank you for your review, Ramon! We love the luxury of having a shop next door that we know and trust with our work. On Ramp does a great job of taking care of us and I'm glad that we could help you use their service as well. If we can help you with anything at all in the future, give us a heads up!
Surprising prices.
My old F-150 went out on me and I was in a pinch. I spoke with Auto Nerd and got a great quote on a VW. With no dealer fees it really kept the offer down. Although my truck was repaired I was happy with how they treated me.

SCAMMERS!
DO NOT TRUST THIS LOT ! SOLD MY WIFE A CAR WITH BLOWN HEAD GASKET COVERED BY BLUE DEVIL SEALER . CHEATED OUT OF 9000 DOLLARS ! THEY CAN BE VERY FRIENDLY WITH ALMOST A MANIPULATIVE KIND OF APPROACH. THEIR METHODS ARE VERY CALCULATED AND YOU CAN BE FOOLED INTO BELIEVING ITS A SOLID DEAL. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NOVICES, ESPECIALLY WOMEN WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF HIDDEN MECHANICAL PROBLEMS!

We in no way try to deceive anyone. In fact, we do the complete opposite, giving our customers the chance to test drive our vehicles and even take them to their personal mechanic to verify it checks out to their expectations. Each of our sales staff spend extensive time driving, researching, and inspecting the cars they are marketing in order to be both knowledgable and transparent with our customers. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee any vehicle on the road as they are all machines and will eventually break. However, we have great news! We offer for purchase a great extended warranty that covers most major expenses and even a few smaller expenses including roadside assistance. We are extremely sorry to hear about your issues and would love to be able to help if you'd allow us! Please email our operations manager. scott@autonerdusa.com
Great Experience
We bought three cars from them and all three times had great customer experience! Chad, our salesman was very friendly and helpful through the process. After purchasing one of our last cars, we were told it needed a new timing chain and alternator. Our warranty hadn't kicked in yet, but Chad said they would cover the costs!!! So thankful for a place that takes care of you even after the sale! If you want someone who cares about you and what you're getting in a vehicle, Go see Chad!!

The owners are amazing and that reflects down to the employees! Very kind and thoughtful to all that come in and if they don't have what you want, they'll find it!

Auto Nerd Buyer Beware
In July we went and bought my son a 2008 Jeep Patriot. He loved the Jeep. There were obviously some body rust issues which they did offer to repair and they did it's already bubbling again however I did pay cash ( a few thousand) so it was sold as is. Here we are 4 months later and the rear started making terrible noise so we took it to a mechanic (someone I know and trust) and was told the rear frame was completely rusted (he showed me while it was in the air and it was very visible) he said there is no way that they didn't know about it (they claim they have a repair shop) So now after parts and labor I've spent another $1000 to make sure my son is safe. My husband said he had a feeling they were shady and I didn't listen. If you're interested in a car from this lot please take it to a mechanic for an inspection before you spend a dime. Lesson learned

I'm sorry that you feel like you had a one star experience. We hate hearing that and never want our customers to feel that way. We gave you, as we do all of our customers, the opportunity to take it to their personal mechanic before purchase for peace of mind and you chose not to do so. We feel like this review is both false and unfair considering you never even gave us an opportunity to help you fix something that we were completely unaware of. Though we inspect our vehicles, we don't take the vehicle apart and put it back together again. (We saw surface rust which is typical of most '08 Patriots and in no way unsafe) We also feel like it's unfair to leave a poor review 4 months later when this is typical maintenance on most used Jeeps. Though we feel like this is extremely unfair, we are here to help you in every way we can as we value you as a customer and want to make sure things are right with your Jeep! scott@autonerdusa.com

Me and my family went car shopping. I had contacted the team at Auto Nerds prior about a vehicle only to find out it was sold. Being they were kind enough to reply I figured I would give them a shot in person. So on 11-17-2018 we set out to see what was on the lot and potentially drive home our new vehicle. I had money in hand and ready to purchase. Upon arrival we were greeted by a finance manager whom was on a personal call of some sort but took the time to let us know they specialized in financing those with less than great scores. To go ahead and look around and someone would be directly with us. We took off looking at various cars, several times the sales men walked past us not giving us the time of day. We crossed Main Street to find several salesman sitting on the front porch having a good time. We walked around realizing no one was interested in helping we decided our money wasn’t good enough for them. I would avoid at all costs.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience with us. We value all of our customers and this is not what you'd typically see. We typically help you get involved with a knowledgeable and customer oriented salesman to help you make an educated purchasing decision. Saturday is an extremely busy day for us and we ensure you that it was unintentional that you were skipped over. Again, we apologize and we are working on training our sales team each and every day to make sure things like this don't happen in the future.

I bought an MDX from autonerd one week ago today less than 24 hours the transmission blew up. I called my salesman explain what happened he said I'm off work what do you want me to do about it I said do you have a tow truck he said no. So I end up calling Scott Hockett who stated that they would make it right and Scott had it towed in to a repair shop called Brown's Garage it took 3 days for them to finally figure out that the transmission did need to be replaced. When I ask Scott about the transmission needing to be replaced he stated that if I sold him two of my other running Vehicles he would fix the transmission on my car that I bought from them at first it sounded like a good deal until I did the math and realize the $3,000 car possibly 6 so I told him I wasn't interested in that and I told him that he should be fixing the car for free because he told me in a text message we will make it right so instead of him fixing the car that lasted 24 hours and because I wouldn't sell him both of my other vehicles for $1 he has decided he's not going to fix it. I went in to this dealership based on the reviews they have online and the fact that the MDX are supposed to be superior vehicles I was told by the salesman that the navigation work and it doesn't they advertised it had heated seats they didn't work either and then 24 hours later I'm stuck on the side of the road because I have no transmission several texts and emails were sent out and Scott told me no stress we will make this right well would have figured that it was going to be a new transmission and that was expensive then they decided to go back on the word unless I sold them two of my vehicles for $1 I would highly highly highly recommend that you do not do any business with autonerd they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy the car and as soon as you buy it and sign the as is you are on your own

We are willing to honor our original arrangement with you, which was to install a rebuilt transmission in your MDX in trade for the two vehicles in your possession. Let us know if you wish to move forward with this. The "AS-IS" document you signed clearly states that you will pay ALL costs for repair of your purchased vehicle. Despite the fact we could have legally "washed our hands" of the whole matter, we attempted to work out a deal with you. This clearly made matters worse. While we understand the frustration you experienced when your purchased vehicle began encountering mechanical issues, we trust you also understand that we, as a corporation, must stay solvent. We simply cannot afford to fund the repair of every used vehicle that encounters mechanical/other issues once the "AS-IS" document is signed. You understood your assumption of liability at the time of signing, and chose to move forward with the purchase. If you feel there is a way to come to a peaceful resolution of this matter, please let us know. We sell hundreds of vehicles to satisfied customers each month, and would like to count you among them.

I called the GM about a car. Was told the only thing wrong was a strut. They sent me a video of the car. Purposely or super conveniently missed the severe body damage. The passenger a piller was caved in to bare metal. The bumper was barely connected and moved several inches just when I touched it with the top of my foot. The clutch stunk so bad i could smell it 5 feet away with the hood closed. The ECU was ZIPTIED to the battery platform and the battery wasnt secured and was sliding around. My husband is a mechanic at a chevy dealership and he said it was not safe to drive that he would be fired if he sent a trade in out to the lot like that. When i asked about these issues, he said then maybe this isnt the car for you. And i said no this is not as it was described and he said well did you want a new car or a uswd car. I asked if they had anything else on the lot for the same price the sales guy said lets go look then proceeded to just offer me back my NONREFUNDABLE deposit without me even asking for it bc it was non refundable and i didnt think i would get it even if i did ask. Its why i asked about any other cars. So i wouldnt just be out the money and the 90 minute drive each way. This business should be shut down.
