Best buy

Have bought cars at RETAIL DEALERSHIPS most of my life....this buying experience compares to none!! Inventory was Enormous...our salesman Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful and NOT PUSHY....bought an ABOVE AVERAGE vehicle at well below AVERAGE price....I kept waiting for “THE CATCH”.....it never came. It sounds too good to be true...but it isn’t. You can actually buy a car like DEALERS do at Auto Nerd....RETAIL cars at WHOLESALE prices!! Will buy here from now on and recommend every chance I get to friends and co-workers....

Thank you, John. We enjoyed working with you.

Good Experience

Loved working with Autonerd. They had the best deal on what I was looking for and followed through. It's family owned and Chad was a great help.

Thank you for your 5 star review, Aaron.

Buyer Beware - This place is a scam.

My son purchased a van - next day issue comes up with the steering wheel (our mechanic said someone put WD 40 to mask the issue). Day later all the windows stopped working. Called for them to help and they said the shop would look at it for $75! Do not do business with this company.

We are sorry to hear that your son is having issues with his vehicle. That is never what you expect to see or we expect to see. Your son bought a 2005 Toyota Sienna. Know for it's reliability and low maintenance cost. This van retails for $5,000 and you paid $3,000 for it getting an extraordinary wholesale deal! However, this van is just like any new or used vehicle on the road. A machine that is eventually going to break. Each of our vehicles are looked over extremely well by our staff. These issues were not noticed by us or your son when looking over and driving the van. I'd be more than happy to talk to you about this more in depth and come to a positive solution. I apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused you and would like to help you to the best of our ability if you'd allow us. Please call Scott our operations director and as we would love to be of service to you. (317) 727-9927

Untrustworthy Dealer Taught Me a $5,000 Lesson

Less than 5,000 miles in and it appears that this vehicle had the codes cleared and a bad transfer case. The car will cost more than it's worth to fix and it looks a lot like they knew this when I purchased the vehicle. I thought I was buying from someone I trusted so I neglected to do a PPI or the due diligence I should have before purchasing the vehicle. I learned a $5,000 lesson from this and you should avoid this lot if you don't want to do the same.

William, we are sorry to hear about the issues with your vehicle. I am disappointed with this review based solely on something we could not possibly have known? If a transfer case is bad, you do not need any codes to feel it. You would hear a rather loud metal grinding noise. It is something that would need to be resolved immediately as it effects the drivability of a car, not 5k miles down the road. It is also not a $5000 fix. We would like the opportunity to help you get this fixed and get your car back on the road. We always hate hearing about an issue and are more than happy to help you get it resolved. Please give us a call or shoot over an email! (317) 308-8200 or scott@autonerdusa.com

UNFAIR

1/19 bought from Auto Nerd so disappointed, a week later, problems occurred Kaleb the general manager, told us not their responsibility to fix. Said he would lose $$ . I would never recommend this company .Every car sold should at least have a fresh oil change and a 30 day guarantee. Be fair!

Seeing is believing, Excellent used Lexus!

Seeing is believing! Last month I scheduled an appointment and asked to hold a vehicle since I was coming from nearly a hundred miles east of Indianapolis. The salesman, Nathan, was a nice guy and answered my questions but wouldn't hold the car without a deposit so I gave my credit card information to him and held the car. The following Saturday I came in and I must say, all the pictures they had in the advertisement left nothing to the imagination. I did take it to a local mechanic in the area and they gave me some suggestions but overall a very good preowned IS250. The brakes, a front hub bearing, and an oil change were the only items that Auto Nerd said they serviced on it and the mechanic confirmed that the repairs were completed properly. The sales clerk asked for a 5 star review and I told them that I would consider it after a month. The dealer contacted me to find out how things were this week and reminded me of my commitment and something I said to Nathan my salesman when I was there, "seeing is believing". So here you go Nathan! Thanks for all you did!

Thank you so much for your 5 star review. We love hearing stories like this and we are here for you anytime!

Found the Subaru I was looking for

I’ve been shopping for the right Forester at a fair price. I dealt with Brandon and Austin, then agreed on a price with Chad. The price was the best I could find in my search scope, so I was skeptical about the condition and possible “photo-shopping” and brush touching that you can actually do on most phones now, but for the exception of the snow residue and some water spots, it was very close to the photos. Chad was up-front with me on items he would address and where I could take care of the cosmetic enhancements that I would like to eventually do. They did ask me to leave a review since I was happy with the experience, so I am keeping my word just as they did. The place is very small for as many people, but I don’t hold that against them…it sort of explains their pricing strategy which is overall very aggressive. The lady that took care of my paperwork was nice and explained the available warranty, but I didn’t choose to purchase a warranty for my Subaru, so my fingers are crossed. I chose Subaru for their quality and durability. Great price, nice people, very busy place, but I’m happy with my experience.

Misleading

Why does this dealership take pics of cars in people neighborhoods and driveways that aren’t theirs and they do not have permission to do so?
