We were very disappointed in our interactions with this

We were very disappointed in our interactions with this dealership. When attempting to purchase a vehicle for our daughter we reached out in advance and discussed with them what we were looking for, sent her in to test drive (we are out of state) and connected with them immediately after to indicate our desire to acquire the vehicle. They indicated they would connect with us the next morning. At that point it all goes down hill. They are “a very busy dealership with lots of sales people and they just cannot know when a car is being viewed viewed and sold by other sales people”. We would not do business with them again. We have purchased 3 BMW’s, like the cars and generally have good experiences - this was not one of them. Be aware if you are trying to do anything remote - it probably isn’t worth your time. We did end up purchasing a car from another BMW dealer and it was an amazingly smooth process - as it should be. As a result of this experience BMW Grapevine lost a lifelong customer.

I bought a car back in December of 2024 from Peyton and

I bought a car back in December of 2024 from Peyton and Chadwick. They were very nice and helpful. They made the process very easy and when I had a problem with my car a week later they fixed for free no charge. Definitely will be using sewell next time I buy a car.

New to the area.

New to the area..and would HIGHLY advise not to bring your BMW here for repairs. After having my car for 30 days...they still missed one of the repairs that insurance had already approved and had images of. Also, after I went over with them everything while dropping it all. Documented on ALL ends. No excuses. I was very upset... so I ended up still driving off with my vehicle, but now I have to bring it back after the holidays for them to fix the repair that should have been already fixed initially. There were dirty marks on my seats and a slight scratch on the Drivers seat. This is a brand new BMW. I was highly disappointed. Very disheartening.

I am dismayed by the lack of communication by this

I am dismayed by the lack of communication by this dealership. I was informed that my car was ready for pickup and that checking out would take 15 minutes. After I dropped off the loaner and paid for the repairs it took over two hours to get my car. I interacted with four people about the delay to no avail. In the end I was told that the car had been sitting in the pickup line and it was my fault for not getting it.

Actually living in Europe, i have experience to purchase

Actually living in Europe, i have experience to purchase cars in USA and export them once a year. This dealer rejected to sell car, more over roughly responsed not write to them. Unacceptable and disrespectful approach
