Great Customer Service Team

My experience with the service department was excellent. From the Service Manager Dave, the technician who serviced my vehicle to the porter who delivered me a clean vehicle. Good job. You earned my repeat business.

Best sales team

I went in to look at vehicles not know what kind I wanted. I had been looking for about a month and still couldn’t decide what I wanted. I had been to every dealership between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. I was met by the best sales team who just gave me options and I fell in love with the outlander sport. They were never pushy and listened to everything I had to say. Dave was so patience even though I couldn’t take the vehicle that day and had to wait 2 days. Drew did an amazing job getting me the best deal. The service manager Dave came out while I waiting for final pickup and explained my new vehicle and that the 1st oil change their maintenance prices. The service is second to none

My first brand new vehicle and couldn’t be happier!

Right from the start the interaction was friendly and the salesman was very knowledgeable to answer my questions. The salesman helped make my dream come true the day I drove off the lot with my new vehicle. I went from a vehicle with no technology to a vehicle that had so much it was overwhelming and the salesman took his time and reviewed everything in full detail with me. I undoubtedly had a great experience and would go back to this dealership and also tell others about them.

Great customer service

Went there for first oil change on a new Outlander PHEV and it was done quickly. In addition they rotated tires with no extra charge.

Great customer service!

Every experience at this dealership has been extraordinary from my first test drive to my most recent service appt. Dave and his team were friendly, helpful and efficient. I've had poor service at other dealerships and garages in the past and Ken Pollock is the exact opposite. They explain every part of the process and make you feel right at home while you wait. They're the best in our area by far!

Impressed

I thank Ken Pollock Mitsubishi for their patients. We came and test drove an Outlander, and we loved it, but we didn’t love the price. We also drove an Outlander Sport and we realized that the monthly difference wasn’t worth it for us. In all of that No One was pushy, there was little pressure they were wonderful! They even stated really late. I will say I was disappointed the car doesn’t have Apple Car Play because I thought it was standard, and this wasn’t Dave Baum’s fault he never said it did or didn’t.

Best car buying experience

When I stopped in I had no idea what kind of car/suv I wanted. I have been looking for about a month and had driven many different make and models. Drew and Dave were amazing. They listened about what I had been up to over the previous month and chose to have me test drive the outlander sport. It was perfect!!! It had everything I was looking for and more. I am sending my parents there this coming weekend to purchase a new vehicle. I am positive they will also have a remarkable experience as well!!!!

5 stars and well deserved

I contacted Ken Pollack Mitsubishi via the website inquiring about a used Endeavor. Sue contacted me quickly to answer any general questions and to set up a time to test drive the vehicle. I work later in the day and wouldn't be able to make it to the dealership with much time to spare to test drive. Dave C. not only waited for me, he took the extra step to assure me I didn't need to rush on his behalf. I quickly decided I would purchase the vehicle. I called to speak with Dave G. in the shop to schedule the upcoming maintenance and he was able to accommodate my schedule as well. Drew did all of the purchase paperwork quickly, efficiently as well as answer any after the fact questions I had about the vehicle or paperwork. I received this red carpet treatment purchasing a used vehicle under $7,000. That to me speaks volumes of their dedication to treating a customer fairly whether it be a $35,000 or $7,000 purchase.

Great experience
