This dealership was excellent from when we walked in to when we made our new purchase. Our salesman malek was excellent and helped us tremendously with the process of our new vehicle. The finance manager Drew was extremely knowledgeable and spot on when given terms and what we were looking to spend.

All I can say is, very good service! Everyone there was extremely helpful and wanted me to walk out of there with a car knowing I got a good deal. My credit score was not all that good, but still got approved for a very reasonable car loan. Did not in any way feel as though I was being strong armed to make any particular purchase. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone! Great experience and quality service with a killer warranty.

I made two previous appointments for my first oil change. Had to cancel both due to inclement weather. Arrived at my third appointment ten minutes late. The joke was on me. My appointment was today 3/13/19. I was told to have a seat. There for a short period of time. Car had an oil change, tire rotation and a much needed bath. This is the first new car I have personally purchased ( husband bought two). I continue to be amazed by the depth of the wonderful service you receive from the salesman, financial manger, service department basically anyone employed at Ken Pollock Mitsubishi. ALL employees are polite, courteous, knowledgeable of their individual job and most importantly all have a personality. No robots here folks! I couldn’t be more satisfied with this dealership unless of course my car free, lol.
