Ken Pollock Mitsubishi

My experience getting my car serviced was excellent. Since it was the first time I was getting my car serviced at the Ken Pollock in Carbondale, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Ben answered my questions regarding my car and they went above what I expected or have experienced at other dealerships. There is a very comfortable place to wait while my car was serviced and the service was very prompt. I am glad that I chose Ken Pollock to purchase my vehicle and have it serviced there.

I purchased my Eclipse-Cross in November and because of the white-gloves approach service has with my vehicle, the respect I am treated with, I will never go anywhere else. They always have a special going on of some sort and Dave the service manager is phenomenal to work with. Highly trusted and reputable!

I recently bought a vehicle here. The salesman was very personable. The manager came out to offer extra answers to questions. The service manager walked me through extra warranties that would be ideal for me. The financial manager made the loan and signing quick and painless. Overall a fantastic experience.

From the time I walked into the dealership I noticed everyone seemed to enjoy working there I have bought several new cars and most other dealerships people never seem to be genuinely friendly they are just doing there job. A friendly environment to me is not just the salesperson being friendly to make a sale. At your dealership everyone was very friendly to me and also to each other. I didn’t feel like I was sitting in a doctors office while waiting for the paperwork to be completed.

Ken Pollock Mitsubishi has the best staff and service of any dealership I have dealt with. They are the best, very knowledgeable and take the time to go over any work done and answer any questions you have.

Took my vehicle here and i got treated great by the service manager Dave and parts guy Ben. The techs took time to show me the things i needed to address at my next oil change and were also totally awesome and friendly. Then to top everything off they washed my vehicle.
