Dave was great but Drew not so much. He talked very fast and very low. When talking to Dave we were suppose to have a 72 month term but then we got a 75 month term. I'm sure Drew told us that but you could've understand much of what he was saying. I really don't think the ceramic coating was worth all that money because the car washes up like a regular car with water spots. We were told just have to hose it off. The final thing the car was still dirty but the GM offered to clean it if we bring it back. The problem is we live an hour away and since they kept it over night we really expected it to be perfect. When I came in and spoke to Dave he was very friendly and not pushy that's why I brought my wife back the next day to buy a car. The only thing I didn't like was the up-selling in the finance room, the extra monthly payments, and the condition of my car being so far away. I guess the next time it would make sense to buy local and closer to home.

Brought my truck in for the recall on both front airbags. Not only did they complete the work very quickly, but they also performed a check on my truck to let me know what other service was needed. They provided me with the full diagnosis and were no pressure about getting it fixed. I appreciate a service department that will give me their opinion and allow me to make the decision on how to proceed. Well done.

Every single person I encountered at this dealership was amazing, helpful and very courteous. Made me feel like family. All questions answered and never tried to push anything on me. I knew what I wanted, and they were very helpful. Malek was polite and knowledgable and the GM Marty was very good with us and his employees and Drew was very good at explaining all the paperwork. Good deal. was able to get new vehical with low credit score here, when no other dealership would. Just had first oil change. The maintence crew are friendly and the car is running great, no problems.
